Amazing product
I received this product 3 weeks ago my god this product is amazing I am so mad why I didn’t find this earlier even it’s little expensive but I am very happy my hair starts growing and my skin is glowing and I nails are harder and it’s not breaking I am glad I found this on amazon thank you so much I love it and now I am buying my second bottle ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Biotin content way too high
This seemed like a really nice product that would help heal my damaged moisture barrier from within. I chose it because I wanted something what phytoceramides but not in pill form (hate swallowing pills). Although it tasted really good, I had to eventually throw it out. The biotin in it was so high that it caused whiteheads on my face and huge cystic type acne on my back. I knew this product was the culprit because it was the only new product I had introduced. Why is the amount of biotin SO high? Completely unnecessary in my opinion. Now I’ve wasted time and money and still have a damaged barrier :(

Tastes really good! I've been taking it daily for several weeks and have no bad side effects (I am allergic to gluten). My skin is looking better but I can't attribute it all to this product because I started using my Tria laser and a strict facial skin regimen at the same time.

Hair looks better
Just finished one bottle and ordered the next. Hair looks healthier and a little thicker. Definitely has more body.

Wish it came in a larger size. Adds great flavor to drinks, juices & smoothies works best if taken twice daily.

Not Worth It
This stuff made my face break out. The flavor was sour too. I didn’t notice any differences other than my face breaking out.
