here's what she told me,... its one of the best thing ever bought for her and she even stuffed it with soft things and used it as a pillow and so on... despit like she says do not overload it with heavy things because the strap will undo it self because the sewing is overall ok

Bought this for my daughter for school we have had it for less than a month, sticking came loose on the strap, the zipper and the zipper came off. Warning people to not buy this item, craftsmanship is absolutely terrible, the product is cheaply made.

Bought this for my daughter for school. Stitching where backpack strap attaches to backpack came apart within one week. Green leaf on backpack fell off the first day. Huge disappointment. Not worth the money or long wait for the product.

Very poorly made. Stitching arm straps back together almost every day. I bought this before anyone made a review about it. Very disappointed with what it's made from. Can't carry much in it without falling apart. But I love how smooth and soft he is on the outside.

It started to tear the first week of school. My daughter loves it, but the quality isn't there. If you know how to sew, this is the backpack for you!

Right size for 3rd grade , daughter really love it. They could make better stronger zipper character , easy to clean just put in the machine.
