This was a product which I bought when it was not on sale--but do not regret it one bit. Suffering from an allergy and I needed some work done on it super quick. 23 and me etc--was proving to cumbersome. Enter Mapmygenome..super cool. Neat test..just spit into a test tube and send. Fantastic councilor from John Hopkins--took me through my test---we like spoke for 2 hours. Excellent service and clear advice. I spoke with my doctor friends and worked backward and was able to solve the root cause of the allergy. Fantastic...very good service and neat follow up. Well worth it--and its better than the "phoren" tests I am sure because of the customer service given across the phone and pretty much free.

The report looked like it was based on the data I submitted rather than my genetics. It said I am morning person even though I am a night owl (prefer going to bed late and waking up late. Prefer working during night times). It also said I have memory and learning problems. I never had any difficulty in learning anything I wanted. The only thing I felt useful was data about how my body reacts to different medicines.

Nearly 100+ conditions were covered in the report. This fascinated me and help me to take care of my health. Genetic Counseling really helped me to understand the report very . Also provided me with recommendations to follow. I'm going to take it for my entire family.

It's top!!! They send you the test kit, you call them when ready, then send someone to pic it up. They send you a message when your kit reach them. When your test is ready, for me was faster than expected. You get a call with a specialist that explain you everything..

I ordered the full deal for my parents. They called several time on the number listed on the kit to schedule a pickup. A scheduled time is given every time they call and no one showed up. They got tired and gave up on this. It was 7500 per person for the kit and the key part of sample pickup is not sorted out. Ridiculous experience.

Glad to have insightful DNA test by Mapmygenome. Genetic counseling was really helpful.

After 3 weeks I was told that sample is not okay. Not worth the effort and wait. Please do not fall for this trap.

I have order genomepatri test. Sample collection is easy, i just need to collect saliva with swab. Received report in 28 days. Got my counselling done it was a good session. Received report on email and whatsapp. Overall good experience
