A nice safety shoe, a good alternative to steel toe
What I like about this shoe is that it is a hard toe shoe, but it does not have a steel toe. This is better when working with electrical and magnetic gear. Also, it is a little bit lighter weight than a steel toe. It is not as comfortable as a basketball shoe, but when you have to work, this is better than a hard boot.

Seems not nearly as good as the last ones I got. But still cost over $100.
Initial assessment, the bottom feels really hard. Day one says "you should have just bought the walmart shoes". We will see how they last. But, my initial impression is they are nothing like the last pair I had. Should have bought cheap at 1/3 the price.

Coming apart from just walking
I have had these shoes for 6 months now and they are already coming apart. I was buying another Keen style previously that was great but it was no longer available so, i tried the "newer" style. Garbage i wont be purchasing these again.... they should not be coming apart already I have attached two pictures of the shoes one of each. They are BOTH coming apart.

Perfect work shoe for the parts department!
I was looking for a breathable work shoe with a safety toe and this has just that. Plus theyโre wide width & very comfortable for an 8+ hour shift.

The alloy toes were too tight for my wide feet
I purchased 11 and 1/2 wide but they were too tight in the steel toe area. So I was not able to wear them very long before it got uncomfortable. I would use caution if you feel that they are too tight on your toes because that can cause a bunion. Anyway I decided to cut the steel toes out of them carefully and had to use a pair of snub nose pliers but eventually got them out now they feel great. I will will see if my cuts and prying impacts the long-term longevity of their durability. I know without a doubt Keen makes the most durable sandals I've ever known that last for years and years and years. I just wish they had more wide options available in their sandal selection.
