Great For The Nostalgia!
This product is actually not bad for the price and does in fact contain an array of cards with most of them being between ‘87 and ‘93. There were more late-80s cards than early-90s. Out of the 311 total cards that were included in the variety of packs, I would say that roughly ⅔ were from the late-80s. The cards that I received were exclusively Topps brand with the early-90s packs being Stadium Club! That was a very nice touch! Now, the included packs are both (1) wax packs and (2) consumer [plastic] rack packs that appear to be original OEM and more importantly unopened! This was a superb variety for me as they represent a bulk of the cards that I collected in my childhood. I have been sharing those very same cards and opening new 1989 Topps wax packs lately with my now 12-year-old son, which these made a great birthday gift! He appreciates that they represent something from my own childhood that we could collect together. Ever since I brought him to his very first MLB game a couple summers back, he’s been hooked on the sport and now on collecting the memorabilia that goes with. At around $30, this makes an excellent “retro” gift for the kids or adults that appreciate the players and the game. Ultimately, these are exactly what they claim to be, I happened to get 311 cards, but I would have been fine if it was 298 as one reviewer said arrived in his package. A couple of cards, especially when considering that many are either commons or lower-valued cards those years will not make or break the experience in my opinion. As these cards average over 30-years-old, I would absolutely consider them to be “vintage.” They’re also in excellent condition, so any real hits could effectively be sent off for grading! I would expect a PSA 9 in most cases, which is really not bad. As I previously said, they make a great gift. I will probably order another for myself now that I know what to expect, these definitely gave me a feeling of nostalgia! I must recommend these as they’re fun and nostalgic, even if most late-80s and early-90s Topps cards are not famous for their high book value. Who knows, there’s still A LOT of AWESOME players that could be pulled, and they would be absolutely suitable for grading. I call that a good overall value and will be getting more! Update: Among many other choice cards for the era, my son pulled BOTH the ‘87 Mark McGwire and ‘87 Will Clark rookie cards! He also got an ‘88 Nolan Ryan and a ‘93 Stadium Club Lenny Dykstra. I had him put most in his binder right away and will likely get the McGwire and Clark graded for him. He also got a Darryl Strawberry All-Star, so IMHO the ONLY thing that would have made it even better would have been landing a Canseco, but no dice. I actually had to trade him for two cards just because I always liked Tommy Lasorda and Mike Schmidt! I’d say that he made out pretty well with this product!

Real and legit
This is real and legit. I provided a photo of my order. They are definitely real, old, sealed packs. I found a couple real nice scores, that more than paid for my order. I'll be back for more from this seller

Cards did not arrive in original sealed packages as depicted in photo
The photos of the item did not represent what was received . Description said “ 300 Old Vintage Topps Baseball Cards in Sealed Pack Lot Gift Package” The lot of cards came in several quantities in clear plastic and the cards had been removed from the original sealed packages. I’m assuming any good cards had been removed.

Mixed bag
I got a lot of rack packs, which was great. The best cards (hof, decent rookies(actual stars) came from there.. The wax packs however..have been searched. Cards were flipped in all direction( topps never did that) 2 cards had gum stains in one pack. One pack had one less card then stated, And one pack had a gum stain on the back, but the gum was on the other side of the pack. So the rack packs make this set worth it!
