None of the cultures were viable

I've bought from this supplier before, with good results. This time, with 6 different cultures, none of them developed. It was Spring, so weather during delivery can't be the cause. Also, I've been raising mushrooms for years, and doubt I screwed up all 6. I've seen other similar complaints, so proceed with caution.
