I was a little wary at first because of the price, but I’m so glad we went for it. This robot vacuum is brilliant!It maps out your house and automatically divides it into rooms, making it really easy to set up and use. The cleaning performance is great, and setting up a schedule means it can just get on with it without you having to think about it.We have a Labrador, so there’s plenty of dog hair to deal with, and it handles it really well. It’s saved us from having to hoover every day, which is a massive bonus. It’s also surprisingly quiet and easily gets over door thresholds without any issues.For the price, I honestly think it’s great value and has made keeping the house clean so much easier.Highly recommend!

This was a replacement for my old robot hoover that broke when the sensor stopped working and it fell down the stairs!I've had it for about a week now now and it's working brilliantly. It's a heck of an upgrade from my old hoover with the rotating mop heads and self cleaning dock. I'm particularly impressed by the way it can seamlessly go from mopping hard floors to hoovering carpets without me having to mess around with fitting/removing the mop pads which got annoying pretty quickly with my old model. This one just raises the mop heads when it sees carpet - which is brilliant!From what I can see, it does a great job on carpets, but where it really shines (pun intended!) is on hard floors. Most of the downstairs is laminate or tile and the floors are sparklingly clean. It even manages to clean up dried bits of cat food jelly that the cats love to throw all over the kitchen floor. I used to have to clean those up by hand as the robot just had a single pad that it dragged around so it just smeared all over the floor. With the rotating pads, the Roborock makes easy work of them. The fact that it goes back to the dock to clean the mop after each room is a really great feature as there's no "cross contamination " between the downstairs loo (where the cat litter trays are) and the kitchen and hall, which I really like.There are the usual cons of a mid range robot hoover - it doesn't get into corners/tight spaces/under furniture, which means I have to get the Big Hoover out occasionally and do those manually and the object avoidance is a little bit hit and miss so I just pick stuff up off the floor before it does its daily clean (Oh No! How tragic! I actually have to do 5 minutes work myself!) but for keeping the house clean on a daily basis, it's fantastic.It connected seamlessly to Alexa so now I can use voice commands like "Tell Harry to clean the kitchen" and off it goes. Yes, I named my robot Harry - it's easier than saying "Tell Roborock Q35S to clean the kitchen"!All in all, I'm extremely pleased with this robot. It does everything I want it to do at a much higher level than I was expecting for the price.

Every bit as good as reviews say. Set up easy. Quickly and accurately mapped down stairs. Then took upstairs and it did the same - knew where the stairs are without being told so did not fall down. Have solid flour with rugs - climbs onto rugs with out a problem. Have 1 cm 'step' down into kitchen which it took in its stride. Identified things in its way and works round them with ease. So far (2 weeks) no complaints at all - we have Cavalier King Charles molting and it sucks up all her fur without a problem. Deposits rubbish in it bin at the end of each run - very worthwhile feature. Controllable from Mobile Phone.

Bought the first one of these in June. Very pleased with it - mopping and hoovering downstairs area and leaving tiled and carpeted flooring clean. Great app and intelligent mapping / cleaning. Bought the second at the end of August for the upstairs. After a few runs we noticed it was leaving clumps of dust so contacted customer support. Went through their long issue resolution steps and determined that the thing wasn't emptying itself. On 11-Oct they confirmed it would need to be returned and sent a return label on 20-Oct with instructions that we should package the thing up and return it. Delays, apparently, due to a surge in repair orders so read into that what you will. Hassle, hassle, hassle. We no longer have the packaging nor anything that will accommodate it. Don't buy.

Absolutely amazing and clever time saving device. How did I ever live without this piece of kit. I have three dogs, one who sheds terribly and because she is double coated I can’t shave her or no amount of brushing seems to work. Every day I can get another dog made from the fur of one. Anyway I was chatting to ChatGPT and she suggested this for us. Honestly I was so excited as the bot can be set to clean and get rid of hair twice or however many times a day you set it for. It was easy to set up and two of us (hubby and I) share an account on our phone via an app to make it easier for both of us to set it off if needed.It was very much plug and work. The technology is phenomenal and quiet. I purchased some specific cleaner for the water tank and put the water and solution in. My dogs took next to no time to watch it and get used to it even though they usually bark at flies. I was actually going to hire a cleaner before another bot (GPT) told me about this. It tells you what it is doing such as ‘finished cleaning, returning to dock, emptying dustbin and starting to wash the mop!’ I have OCD and my home was really getting me down with the hair and fur everywhere but this has settled me and I know my home is clean. This is most probably one of the best things I have ever purchased.

My only regret is spending weeks watching endless YouTube videos, comparing models, confusing myself and procrastinating about whether it would be a waste of money. I should have bought it sooner. In terms of home hygiene and daily maintenance, it has been the single best investment I’ve made.I don’t usually comment on packaging, but this arrived boxed in a way that felt premium and well thought out. Setup took minutes. I watched as the robot mapped my rooms in 3D, plotting every detail with accuracy. It wasn’t phased by obstacles like a complex dining table and chairs; it worked out how to navigate efficiently, and I dedicated a small cupboard as its home base.The software is excellent. I can edit areas, choose individual rooms, adjust cleaning frequency, and select quick or detailed cleaning. Carpet detection works perfectly, and I often find myself watching the live map as it moves around the house. The app is flawless and lets me intervene mid‑job, redirect it to a stain, or change the cleaning mode on the fly.Noise levels are impressive. When cleaning, it’s quieter than a normal vacuum cleaner, and the mop function is almost silent. If the door is closed to the room it’s working in, you can barely hear it. It doesn’t wake me up when it runs at 5am. The loudest moment is when it empties the dust compartment into the main bag (see video), which lasts around 20–30 seconds.The mop pads are superb on porcelain and wood flooring. As long as you follow the instructions and don’t add more solution than recommended, it leaves no streaks. I have it set to clean the kitchen after meal prep, and it handles spills, dust, coffee grounds and rice without hesitation. I’ve even noticed fewer spiders since running it daily.A tank of water easily lasts a week, and the hoover bags last longer than a month. I recently programmed it to clean upstairs, added a second floor to the map, and it handled the change without any effort. The machine looks smart, and the lidar avoidance works extremely well. The Roborock is genuinely life-changing. It’s incredibly easy to set up, maps the whole house itself using its cameras and sensors, and then you can create whatever zones and schedules you want.We have it come out during the night to vacuum and mop the kitchen and utility while the dogs are in that area. Then at 8:30 in the morning, once we’re up, it comes out again, vacuums the living room carpet and takes care of the other areas. It just gets on with it.Honestly, it’s absolutely amazing and worth every penny.The only downside is that it’s made my wife redundant. She’s now sitting around reading while Roborock does all the work. I’m currently checking whether it can cook dinner as well. 😂

Seit einigen Wochen ist der Roborock Q7 Max in unserem Zuhause im Einsatz und ich bin absolut begeistert. Er nimmt uns eine Menge Arbeit ab und sorgt dafür, dass unsere Böden immer sauber sind. Und das mit zwei Kleinkindern im Haus, was schon einiges zu sagen hat. ;)Vor dem Kauf waren wir uns unentschlossen welchen Roborock wir kaufen sollten. Entweder der Q5 Pro oder der Q7 Max. Letztlich haben wir uns für den Q7 Max entschlossen und es keineswegs bereut.Saugleistung:Die Saugleistung des Q7 Max ist extrem stark und variabel einstellbar. Er saugt sowohl Teppiche als auch Hartböden mühelos sauber. Selbst Haare, kleine Essensreste und verschiedene Krümel werden aufgenommen. Nur an den Ecken muss man gegebenenfalls mit dem üblichen Staubsauger nochmal rangehen.Wischfunktion:Der Q7 Max kann nicht nur saugen, sondern auch wischen. Der Wassertank ist ausreichend groß, um mehrere Räume gleichzeitig zu wischen. Die Wischfunktion ist zwar nicht so effektiv wie das Wischen von Hand, aber sie ist dennoch eine praktische Ergänzung. Die Wischfunktion war auch der Hauptgrund für den Kauf des Q7 Max statt dem Q5 Pro. Denn die Wischfunktion bei diesem Gerät soll besser funktionieren als bei dem Q5 Pro!Navigation:Der Q7 Max navigiert mithilfe eines Lasers durch die Wohnung. Er erkennt Hindernisse zuverlässig und umfährt sie geschickt. Wir haben einen festen Zeitplan für die tägliche Reinigung erstellt. Unser Haus räumen wir am Abend auf und in der Früh hat der kleine Allesfresser freien Lauf zum sauber machen. Ob er auch liegengelassenes Spielzeug oder Kleidung umfährt, kann ich damit nicht mit Sicherheit sagen.App-Steuerung:Der Roborock Q7 Max lässt sich bequem über eine App steuern. In der App kann man verschiedene Einstellungen vornehmen, z. B. den Saugmodus, die Wischfunktion, den Zeitplan und die Reinigungszonen. Alles ist super leicht zu verstehen und man hat auch die Möglichkeit Sperrzonen einzustellen, damit dort zum Beispiel nicht gesaugt werden soll. Praktisch!Fazit:Der Roborock Q7 Max ist ein hervorragender Saugroboter, der uns eine Menge Arbeit abnimmt. Er ist saugstark, navigiert gut und lässt sich einfach über die App steuern. Ich kann ihn jedem empfehlen, der nach einem zuverlässigen und leistungsstarken Saugroboter sucht.

Super robot. J'en suis ravie.Aspire vraiment bien, et serpille très bien aussi je le lance en x2 pour éviter de laisser des traces. La pièce de vie de 70m2 n'est jamais extrêmement sale, ce sont les saletés quotidiennes. Si j'invite et que le sol est très encrassé je ne pense pas que les lavettes seraient suffisante.Cartographie simple, j'avais peur de galerer pour la mise en service mais pas du tout c'est bien expliqué et c'est simple. J'apprécie être être extérieur et pouvoir aussi le lancer pour rentrer et que ce soit propre. Je l'utilise avec ma wifi. Il a buguer 2 fois dont une a cause de la perte de wifi il était perdu après une coupure de courant. J'ai réinitialisé et c'était bon après.Mince ma vidéo ne passe pas 2 min doit être trop lourd.

Mi piace la casa pulita ma non mi piace perdere tempo con la pulizia. Nostro cane perde tanti capelli, e questo robot ci facilità la vita. Funziona benissimo, senza nessun impegno nostro. Pulisce pure sotto i letti e mobili con un spazio libero sotto di solo 7 cm. Prima di metterlo in funzione (nient’altro che premere un bottone) metto in alto certi oggetti come vasi, la cucia del cane, etc. Aspira benissimo, fa poco rumore, molto meno di nostro aspirapolvere, che abbiamo mandato in cantina in pensione. E un po‘ complicato togliere i peli del cane dalla scatola di polvere (un impegno di 1 minuto al massimo). Il programma di lavaggio da quel tocco di freschezza che ci piace, ma se ci sono macchie un po‘ resistente, per esempio in cucina, non riesce bene a togliergli. Questo è indicato pero anche nella descrizione. Per noi che non siamo pratici, era impegnativo istallare l’applicazione, (abbiamo 80 anni e più ) pero siamo riusciti. Ma in pratica non usiamo l’app, premiamo solo „start“, e il robot pulisce tutta la nostra casa (80 qm) in meno di un’ora. Siamo contentissimi del risultato e del tempo libero guadagnato. L’unica cosa che ci dispiace, che abbiamo comperato nostro „Robi“ un mese fa e non molto primo.
