How often can you use this ?

As much as you like, you cannot over use.

My roots are brassy yellow but my ends are a light blonde will this help?

I did not find that this product evened out any color differences (with a med blonde that had some spots still closer to orange) but it DID change the color over all a wee bit. We have hard water, which tends to bring out the range/ red in my hair, and this did work to remove that. To get rid of brassiness from bleaching my hair, I had more luck with Color X-Change Semi-Permanent Hair Color, TONALITY TONER than any other product I had tried (ex: purple or blue shampoos, other toners, manic panic grey, etc etc).

Is this a treament like the purple one i got

I wouldn't get it, it completely destroyed my hair and half of it broke off. It was in one huge knot when I got out of the shower. Not worth it when it barely toned my hair. BEWARE BUYERS!
