Preliminary review. Disappointed that depth of pan is only 2”. Specifications say 3”. Ordered silicone mat to go under it as instructions say it gets hot and can discolor Corian. Seems well made. Increase review to 4 stars from 3. The large cooking surface is great when preparing for a large gathering. Although not perfect, heat distribution is better than stainless steel pans I have. So far nonstick is working well. Clean up is easy. Spatter is a problem because of the shallow pan but not as bad as I thought it would be. Upgrading to five stars. This pan is very good for stir frying. Much better than stove top wok. Sears very nicely. Still wish it was a little deeper though.

Perfect size. Love that the lid flips and locks in place for easy storage. Cooks like a dream. this is going to eliminate the greasy stove top with frying bacon and other greasy foods. Nonstick surface is great for easy clean up! Unbelievable price for this great quality. Lovin' it!! :)

Great for easy cooking and EASY to wipe clean! It's a great size for family cooking or meal prepping, and is so easy to clean. It also gets hot very quickly, so not much waiting to get things hot. Overall, great product for the price and I will be using regularly.

It took me a long time to pull the trigger on an electric skillet. We are currently under construction at our house and do not have a functioning kitchen what so ever. No stove, oven or any type of burner. We also have a limited counter space on the fold out tables we are currently using as "kitchen counters". I did extensive research on skillets and landed on this one. It heats up very quickly and is easy to set up. I was pleasantly surprised by the non stick surface as not having a proper sink has thrown a wrench in my dish washing since I cannot use out kitchen sink. Having this electric skillet has saved us soooo much time and space as it is super versatile. I had planned on getting a burner so I can use my stainless steel pots for things like pasta, gumbo, stews,....but I am happy to say that after using it for almost 3 weeks...I can cook a box of pasta with absolutely no problems and gumbo turns out just as good when I use my cast iron pot. And if you know anything about gumbo; having to stir flour and oil for 45+ minutes is a pain. But being able to set the temp to exact number I need...I was able to make my roux perfect!! I am debating picking up a second one just to speed up one of the more complex dishes but one is doing just fine for now. Definitely worth the price. The only reason I docked a point is because....cleaning. As much as I can appreciate being able to wash the while unit...I don't feel comfortable having the area exposed where the temperature control gets plugged in. I really wish the bowl part was able to be detached with ease, instead of having to unscrew the whole thing. I want this appliance to last, and I can see water damaging the area where temp control plugs in. Outside of that, I still highly recommend this unit!

This is truly one of the best skillets I have ever purchased. The product heats well and nothing burns. I like that in the manual it gives you a list of foods and what temperatures to cook on. None of my other skillets ever had that, so that is probably sometimes things would burn or get stuck on the surface. The surface is excellent. So far I have made several things, especially eggs which always seemed to get stuck. Not with this skillet. One mistake I used to make was heating the skillet and spraying it before it heated up. Now I learned to warm it up and lightly spray it with olive oil. Everything slides around easily like an ice skating rink and am able to get the food easily with a spoon or spatula. As for cleanup, it is a breeze and super easy. So far all I have had to do is spritz with a bit of water and wipe it clean. Haven’t had to do any major cleaning or scrubbing. The size is perfect for me and my family and it stores away with no problem . Definitely a versatile product that I’m glad to have in my kitchen.

Christmas gift for fiancé to replace an old one he had. It's bigger and the nonstick is really good. We've already used it a ton! Great for a variety of foods.

Horrible!!! Shocked us, blew a safety plug and has stopped working after a few uses. Dont waste your money!!!

Much better non-stick coating than the typical Teflon found on similar pans, which makes for a nicer time cooking and cleaning up after. This also has a little bit thicker aluminum around the heating element, so while you still get a hot ring in the pan, it does help to keep things a bit more evenly heated than my previous cheap skillet. Very happy overall, was definitely an upgrade from my previous one, and a very handy appliance overall.
