This anti-fog spray works great. My 5-year-old wears goggles for swimming, and before using this, she would always complain that her goggles were fogging up. Since using this spray, we have had no complaints. It is easy to apply and makes swim time much easier for her. Definitely a useful product for kids who swim regularly.

I have literally tried every type of anti-fog product out there, with not much success. Some even hurt my eyes so bad, they were blurry for an hour. Definitely scary. I am an avid swimmer, 6 days per week. And this is by far the best product I have tried and will not use anything else. Not only does it keep my goggles free from fogging up, but I have absolutely NO irritation to my eyes or skin. In fact it worked so well, that I use it for my eyeglasses, which have special anti-glare treatment without any problem. It cleans and protects my glasses just like my goggles. I highly recommend this product, I don't think you'll find better.

This anti-fog works great. I use it for lap swimming and it keeps my goggles clear for 40 minutes. What I really like about it is that you spray it on the goggles and you are ready to go, which makes it very easy to use. It lasts a long time and so it's good value for the money.

Followed the instructions on the bottle and it works pretty well. One pump in each lens just before starting a swim workout keeps my goggles relatively fog free for a 60 minute session. Not perfect, but far more cost effective than buying new goggles all the time.

This is a 1 or 5 star item. It either works or doesn't. Unfortunately this anti fog spray does not perform well at all. An even mist, let it dry, and the effects last about 10 minutes (considerably shorter than another spray I used prior). Dont get the lenses wet. Once you do it washes off easily and you have smudgy foggy goggle.

I swim 1,800m three or four times a week. After about 20 minutes, my goggles always fog up. So, I researched anti-fog sprays and tried this one. It simply doesn't work. After about 400m, my goggles fog up and that's it. I have tried spraying the goggle lenses before every swim and still no luck. I will keep researching for a better product. But this one did not work for me. UPDATED REVIEW. After using the antifog spray on my goggles for a few weeks, I've determined that this stuff does help keep the lenses a bit clearer. But you have to build up a coating on the lenses to make it work. I now spray my goggles the night before a swim to allow time for it to dry. Now, after @20 minutes in the pool, the goggles start to fog up. I then give them a quick rinse w/ pool water (leaving them on and just tipping them to let water in). Then drain the water and resume the swim. They say pretty clear after that. Further update: the key is to make sure the goggles and your face are both at the pool water temp before you put the goggles on and start swimming. I learned that I have to submerge the goggles and my head in the pool water a couple times before putting on the goggles or they will fog up. If you do this, the goggles stay much clearer.

J’ai acheté ce spray anti-buée Arena pour mes séances de natation, car mes lunettes commençaient à s’embuer rapidement après quelques longueurs. Après plusieurs utilisations, le produit fait bien son travail et améliore clairement le confort en piscine. I find it works reliably. If you spray from a distance and let it dry before using I’ve noticed it may fog a bit at first then clears. I’ve used it for a few week now (I swim 3 times a week) and I haven’t had to rinse my goggles once or take them off. Before this spray I was having to rinse them every length. I would definitely recommend and I will be buying another once the first runs out. No leaking.
