I bought this to workout with it was easy to assemble but I then realized that I can no longer hula hoop. It is taking some practice but I am getting better. I used to be able to hula hoop for hours now I am lucky to get three spins. I will keep practicing and I am sure it will help.

I bought this after not touching hoops in many years. I did 16mins on the first day, woke up to some sore around the belly next day but no bruises at all. So I tried to do again on the second day but sore pain from yesterday was really unbearable. I still went for it anyway and did an hour straight while distracting pain with phone. Ever since then I've been doing one hour a day. It makes you sweat, great workout and helps belly to be slimmer. Fully recommend!

Here is my review: I love this hula hoop!!! It’s so fun to use and SUPER EASY TO PUT TOGETHER. HOWEVER. HARD TO TAKE APART. The buttons snap easily to connect the hoop pieces, but there is no indicator or diagram on the actual pieces to show where to press to take the hoop apart. Usually on the hoops there will be a circle drawn on the rubber pieces so you know where the button is. I searched and could not find the buttons to take the pieces apart sadly :( so very hard to take apart. For me, I don’t need to take it apart but would be nice to know I can easily do so. The hoop is made of a cushiony material that’s soft and squishy. That being said, it is not super durable. I only used it about 10 min outside on my paver driveway. The hoop fell a few times and already has creasing and dents in it. Not a problem to function, but not super durable. It really is a great workout. During the past 2 years I’ve had a lot of life changes and have gained a lot of weight (~40-60lb). I used to always hula hoop easily. This one is easy to use, but is definitely a good workout to keep the hoop up and moving. Works my legs, quads, hamstrings, and core for sure. I’m super happy with it. Will update on waist size change after using consistently! Good value for money. The jump rope is cheap and not the best. The handles are too short/small and the rope itself is a little too short for me and I’m only 5’8”. Would prefer a carrying bag over a jump rope, but it’s a unique extra piece. Will give it to my shorter sister. :) overall happy but some cons to the hoop. Compared to others of $30, this hoop is worth it to me. I know I won’t use it a ton, and $30 for a hula hoop seems crazy. $20 is doable and a fun little thing to have when I’m bored of the gym and wanna have some fun outside.

The weighted hoop is easy to assemble and fun to use. It gives a good workout and helps keep you active at home. The quality is okay for the price, but it can feel a little noisy after longer use. Overall, not bad if you want a simple fitness tool.

I purchased this hoop and the first one literally exploded on me mid-spin—it just broke apart! Thankfully I was still within the return window, so I exchanged it, hoping the first was just a fluke. Taking the hoop apart was another ordeal. The buttons didn’t stay down properly, so it took two of us—one pressing the buttons, the other pulling—to get it disassembled. When the replacement arrived, I had high hopes. The feel while hooping was nice at first, and I began my usual one-hour dance hoop routine. But almost immediately, one of the buttons started popping out of the foam. It was obvious the design couldn’t withstand the pull of regular spinning, and I knew this hoop wasn’t going to last either. I had to return the second one as well, and to make matters worse, the refund was delayed. I hoop for an hour every other day, so I can confidently say this product is not built for serious hoopers. I suspect the manufacturer knows these hoops are more for casual use—something people try once or twice before setting aside. If you’re serious about hooping, I’d recommend looking for a sturdier option with better connections and overall build quality.

Okay. I’ve been wanting a hula hoop for ages but couldn’t justify $10 on a piece of plastic. But I felt this was a good deal for a more sturdy option. I’ll also say that while I’ve wanted a hula hoop for ages I’m really bad a hula hooping. So I figured I’d get better with time. I don’t know if it’s the weight of this or what but I was instantly able to do what I’ve never been able to do with a plastic hula hoop. I’m super happy with this product. I will say that since it’s weighted you do feel it hit your body some and it might take some time to get used to that feeling of almost being slightly bruised for a short period of time after finishing with it (never actually had bruises it just feels that way for about 10 min after my workout) The jump rope is nice quality but I didn’t really care about that so it’s just a nice bonus to the hula hoop.

Today many people have weight and waist problems. And what we do ? absolutely nothing. We go to gyms, have special diets for a while but then we go back to our ordinary lives. I’ll tell you why I am talking about that- if you have such problems you should solve it and you need only several minutes for it daily. This Hula Hoop is exactly what I wanted. It had 8 detechable parts and you can install it in 3 sizes. The installation process is super easy- there is a button and you just press it and fix the second part, then third one and etc. And if you want to putt it in the box and take it somewhere- you press this button and disassamble it. One more big plus of this hula hoop is that, it has wavy surfase and it makes you very good relaxation massage while spinning around the waist. You feel better and burn a lot calories while working out Most time I am at office - about 8 hours a day and I had a bit pain in my waist, because I used to sit during this time, but after I use this hula hoop in the morning and in the evening, I feel really great and all the pains have gone. At the begining I thought it would be difficult to use it, because I see that gymnastic gurls use it and I thought it was very hard to try things like that, but I was absolutely wrong, for beginers it’s quite easy to learn how to use hula hoop and learn how to get delight from it . So I think the staff like this should be in every family.

It did break....I was able to fix the it and I have had it for almost a month. I love it it's affordable and comes in cute colours and includes a skipping rope. What more can you ask for. I highly suggest you try it. It is good that it is heavy because you're getting a work out lol!!! Can't believe I complained it was heavy 🤣 This hoola hoop broke before I even used it. It hurts to use and is heavy.

Great for Pilates has everything you’d need

The foam cover was warped. It seems to affect only the yellow foam. Not happy. Can't be bothered to disassemble to return as had destroyed box :-(

This weighted -hoola works great on me. I've been looking to find one to help me loosen some weight, and finally found this amazing item. Easy to assemble and came in good condition. Would definitely recommend!

Good starter hoop, I'm enjoying it! Only thing is the foam is super fragile. I dropped my hoop too close to my coffee table and it's now ripped a bit but I'm still using it with no issue. Just wish the material was a bit more durable.
