Perfect. Except when you open the door no light comes on. Light goes on when it’s running.

Bought one defective returned. The second built 9-12 ,bought 1-13 died 1-10-20 We broke the MW dish once and got a generic one for$11. Off ebay. 6 years..$85.00As noted by others the dish - ring assembly is kind of rickety.It's easy for the ring to slip off the three dish nubs that drive it. It's a cheap microwave so six years isn't bad.

I have kept it because it's more trouble to pack it up and return it than to overlook the big dent in the side. Seems to work well enough but is loud. It was quite cheap, so the metal casing is probably quite thin. I'd spend a bit more money next time and probably shop locally.

This one was bought to replace one that began to lose responsiveness in several of the command keys on the touch pad. The first one lasted 4 years and is inexpensive enough just to replace instead of get repaired. I've been please with it and think the control board gave up the ghost. That is why I bought another just like the first one. I use it all the time, everyday, so I got my money's worth out of the first one.

Horrible design. Worst micrwave I've ever had. The glass plate is hard to place on the stupid turntable shaft triangles PLUS the LOOSE "turn table assembly ring" dislodges & the plate will either not turn at all OR if it dislodges sideways it will turn with a loud crunch at every turn. This happends with almost every use. Customer DisService is HORRIBLE. I was finally transferred to a Supervisor who arranged for a replacement but only for the same dysfunctional model.

Just bought this item at Lowes for $89. Based on Patricia's review, I bought their 2yr extended warranty plan for $11 more. I had a SHARP microwave before I had to buy this. It lasted 2 yrs and 4 months then KAPUT. So, I am not taking any chances here. There are plenty of features on this model. It will do everything I want it to do.....like cook popcorn, re-heat coffee, and keep time. Like a lot of guys, I haven't read the instructions yet, so there is probably a lot more to this appliance than what I am stating.

WORKS GREAT EXCEPT IF YOU WANT TO HEAT SOMETHONG FOR LESS THAN 10 SECONDS. CAN'T BE DONE. THE ONLY WAY IS TO HIT A NUMBER (1) THEN WITH IN A SECOND HIT 0 THEN O AGAIN THEN 0 AGAIN AND THEN HIT 5 AND START FOR FIVE A SECOND COOK TIME. WHAT WERE THE ENGINEERS THINKING???
