Very pleased with this product
Very pleased with this product. The sound quality is great. Very crisp and clear audio. The bass is similar to a stand alone subwoofer, can vibrate a tabletop with ease. Depending on what bluetooth device you connect to this speaker, you can adjust the equalizer settings to add more thump, mid levels or treble. The battery life is good. Haven't charged it in 3 days and played music on there for at least 2 hours a day, still has a charge. Compared to the jam rewind, I think I made the right choice purchasing this device and saved $25+.Update: July 2015:Had to order me a second one of these. By far the best, most durable bluetooth speaker that I have owned. It has a solid weight to it and rubber that goes around the sides for extra grip and stability. I own a red version of these speakers, that was purchased back in mid 2014.. that one still holds up very well and like new. I like new new model that comes with the NFC (Near Field Communication) chip to pair this speaker to a smart phone, tablet or device that has the NFC capability. The sound quality is excellent! It can handle an extreme bass test that I played from YouTube with no problem. I connected the 2 of these speakers together, and set on on each side (about 3 feet apart on the left and right) then the sound becomes even more amazing, as if a speaker was right in front of me. Can hear all of the instruments and details in every soundtrack or song.

I love these!
I have several of these, love the sound, perfect for talking on the phone via bluetooth which is by far my favorite feature. I'm not much of a music person and I mostly use it for phone purposes around the house and for my iPad when playing movies in my kitchen. Good sound.

Awesome Sound System
An Amazing little sound system for a great price. I am especially surprised by the high quality put into this speaker. It is surrounded by a rubber cover that keeps it protected from scratches & keeps it.from sliding on surfaces. I like it alot.

It is substantial, sounds great with Iphone. I will be happy to update after using a while. I've never bought from this seller before delivery was spot on!! I hope to be able to enjoy speaker phone when adult children call. So far, so great!!

Deliriously Happy With This Portable Speaker!
This review almost wrote itself the moment I took the Xoundstar® Smart Wireless Bluetooth Speaker out of the box! I received one of these to review and I swooned as soon as I opened it and held it in my hands! It feels sturdy and well built.I had to restrain myself from immediately professing my love and use it for awhile. After some time using it, I am still very much in love! It has performed better than I dreamed it would.I connected the Xoundstar Wireless Bluetooth Speaker to my Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 and it has gone everywhere with me since. Each time you turn on the speaker, and it finds the device you linked it to, you get a voice confirmation stating "connected". I had some songs already on the tablet, so I started turning them on and jamming out while doing laundry, cooking in the kitchen, hanging out in the yard and even just while working on the computer. I used it to ramp up the audio when I watched Netflix.Then I downloaded the I Heart Radio app and now I am partaking in the joy of not only the terrific speaker but the songs I love, totally uninterrupted! LOVE!The battery has been amazing. It is stated that a full charge will give 10 hours of audio play. At this point I am getting far more than that! I use it all day long, turn on some soft music and let it play all night and then still use it the next day. ALL. DAY. And then can still use it into the evening before needing to plug it in. When the battery needs to recharge, you'll hear the voice tell you "Battery low".A cool feature of the Xoundstar Smart Wireless Bluetooth Speaker is it can also be used to accept and make calls! We don't have a land line so I use messenger and a direct link messenger to text back and forth with people and I use the Magic Jack app to make calls from my tablet. When I am listening to music or watching a movie and someone calls me, it automatically pauses the music or movie and allows me to accept the call. To add to the greatness, the call comes through the speaker. I can call someone while in the kitchen or outside and keep doing what ever I am doing. The person I am talking to, can hear me just fine and I can adjust the volume if I need to.There are controls on the top of the speaker for volume, play/pause, phone, and skip forward/backwards. You can not only answer and end calls, you can refuse a call and re-dial the last number called! You can even use the Siri function if you connect the speaker to an iPad or iPhone. Have a device that doesn't have bluetooth capabilities but still want a sound boost? No problem! You can use the Line In jack. (NOTE: The Play/Pause and Previous/Next button only work with a bluetooth connection) The speaker can still be connected to the bluetooth device while using the Line In audio. This speaker also has an audio output function that allows you to connect it to other speakers.It is larger than the little speakers I have used in the past and the sound is also SO much better! The speaker measures 6.4 x 3 x 2.8 inches. The rubber coating that surrounds the outer part of the speaker make it resistant to sliding around and easy to hold on to.I have been putting it through it's paces, using it all day, everyday, even carrying it with me in my backpack. After using this speaker and exploring the functions, I am still deliriously happy with it. It works great for me and I love the portability and range it has.
