OUCH!!!
i really should have read the reviews prior to purchasing this thing. I woke up in so much pain!! This thing could not possibly fit the majority of mouths comfortably. DO NOT waste your money. it might work if it actually fits, but the chances of that are slim to none.

Almost there
I like the concept and I bet it works. Just wouldnt work for me. I couldn’t get it to fit. I see many others having good luck with it.

It actually worked but...
See the before and after on snore lab. They don't lie I've been using this app and trying everything. Even the quiet results on the app are wrong I played it and it's just my TV before I fell asleep. There was zero snoring. I have tried nose strips, nasal spray, putting a tennis ball down the back of my sports bra so I won't sleep on my back... It really does take getting used to. I couldn't figure out how to get my mouth shut, after a while I could while sleeping on my side. This thing is not comfortable at all but I am told if I keep using it it will get softer and I'll get used to it. This was the last ditch effort before a sleep study and a CPAP machine. *Update after using this for a couple weeks it is still doing exactly what it is supposed to and my snoring is at a zero. But now my two front teeth hurt. I have had tooth trauma before so I know what it feels like and my two front teeth feel like they are suffering from trauma trauma. I'm not sure if it's because the fit is so loose and they don't customize them? But I have to find a different product that fits better

This thing cannot work.
I found the material too flimsy, the tooth channel to shallow, the ability to hold teeth without sliding out of the channel was non-existent, the distance it drew the lower jaw forward was simply too much with the flimsy material involved. When I relaxed my jaw the hinge would roll and not even hold my jaw in place and my teeth would slide right out of the channels because they were too shallow because the channel material was too thin and flimsy and because there was some material in the channel that actually kicked my teeth out especially my upper teeth. It seems like a good idea but without a more substantial product it's never going to work. There's no way to keep your jaw from the relaxing both down and open and this device does not take either motion into consideration. You would have to lock your jaw closed and hold it forward in order for this to work and I don't know anyone who can do that unconsciously.

Best MAD Device I've used yet!
So...I snore a bit, and because I'm a nice person and want my partner to get his beauty sleep at night, I started researching Mandibular Advancement Devices. Let's get one thing straight right now...they all suck. A MAD device is typically uncomfortable for the first 2 weeks, and ultimately, having to use one is the worst. HOWEVER! They WORK. I have tried the cheap ones, my advice is: love yourself more than that. I have tried the expensive ones. my advice: they work but are spendy. I had a lot of success with the Zyppha mouth piece, except it's expensive as heck and falls apart pretty quickly. You have to take an impression of your teeth, and I found it made my teeth ache badly, even after the 2 week adjustment period. Also, I would pop my teeth out in the night and grind them on the hard plastic rims...yikes. This mouth piece, however, is WORLDS better. It's a much softer plastic, but it holds up, so I can grind my teeth and not worry about damage to my teeth or the mouth piece. Secondly, it took almost no time to adjust. Now...I have used MADs before. The first time you start using a MAD, you will feel like it's the worst possible thing to ever happen to your mouth. I assure you, you'll adjust. The zQuiet took the least amount of effort to set up, it has the best results, and it is by far the most durable MAD I've used. I think people give MADs low ratings because the adjustment period is terrible. You do get past it, I promise.

It does work…
First, the good: 1) It does work. My wife slept through the night for the first time in a long time, and we both woke in the early AM feeling super rested. Pretty impressed for the low price point. Similar devices from the dentist cost $1000+. 2) Easy to apply. It’s as simple as putting in a mouth guard. You place the longer half on your bottom teeth and you can feel it pulling your lower jaw forward like it’s supposed to. 3) Fairly comfortable. You’ll definitely notice wearing it, but it wasn’t cutting into my gums or pushing/pulling teeth in a painful manner. I slept through the night with no issues. The bad: 1) Soreness. The jaw and teeth feel a little sore, but it’s supposed to go away after a few uses. Will update later. 2) Unclear sizes. They offer two different options depending on your bite and the severity of your snoring. Regular/overbite people or mild snorers should use Size 1, while underbite and severe snorers should use Size 2. I chose 2 due to my snoring being pretty severe. 3) Drooling. You will drool…quite a bit. But, if I have to choose between this or using a CPAP, drooling is a minor issue. Overall this is a pretty good device that does what it’s supposed to do. It’s not a cure all, but I noticed a huge difference in the quality of sleep I get. For $40 this is worth trying.

At last, I can sleep deeply without snoring, and happy to sleep comfortably with my family and roommates.

Do not buy, very cheap quality and after one night looses its form. I will I read the reviews before purchasing
