Great post workout fuel. Mixes well and tastes great too. Not gritty.

I actually ordered this to help me with energy throughout the day , i always feel so tired , i was in between aminolean and this one and went with this one because its keto friendly, i received it today and did 2 scoops with 12oz water and instantly felt so awake and energized, no jitters or anxiety like coffee does to me, it lasted about 5 hours and when it was wearing off it just went away smoothly, i did not crash from it. it tastes so clean the strawberry flavor is delicious , I’m sure i can get away with just one scoop next time !! So happy with this purchase !! Truly better than COFFEE !

This is an excellent replacement for any coffee drinker. Don’t worry about the strawberry flavoring as it’s mild but still pretty tasty one just drinking with water. This product has allowed me to feel energized in the morning without the nausea of coffee in my stomach. It’s not quite as powerful as a pre-workout, it’s about as powerful as a cup of coffee. I like to split the dose in half so that I can take one earlier in the day and one later in the day so I don’t feel over caffeinated. The price is right and I save money not buying Starbucks.

Love this product! Have been using it for 10+ years now for working out or just a “pick me up.” No jitters or feeling itchy using it, plus the flavors are great!

Love the taste but wish I could stop using products with sucralose

I’ve bought a lot of supplements that I never end up using, but I knew I wasn’t getting enough Amino Acids, so I bought this just to see if I could stick to it. For the past two weeks I’ve been mixing two scoops of the strawberry flavor with a vanilla flavored collagen/MCT powder along with skim milk and drinking it for breakfast. It’s like a light strawberry milkshake, and I can tell the difference in my energy levels and general well-being. I’ve started craving it a little at night (like right now, while writing this review), but I’ll just look forward to drinking it the next morning because of the caffeine content. I used to struggle to find something healthy to eat in the mornings, and heavy foods in the mornings have always bothered my stomach, so it’s been great to experiment and find a combo that works for me. I might start adding some vanilla protein powder to increase the calories, so that it keeps me full longer. Already I’m okay until about 11:00 am, but I have a heavy work schedule and I’m often out of the office at that time and unable to find anything other than fast food (which I gave up a while ago), so I’ll experiment a little more and see if I can make it so it’s a solid breakfast on days when I know I won’t have a chance to eat again until noon or 1:00 am and have meetings or presentations where it would be awkward for me to pull out a snack, which is most days. I’ll definitely purchase this again.

This is my favorite pre workout. Gives me energy without the buzz feeling. Love this flavor!

ON is quickly becoming my go to brand for my workout and fitness! I have five of the Amino Energy now and I love them all! The grape with collagen is the one I like mixing with others to combine flavors since I am not a huge grape person. It still tastes really good though and I love the added benefit of the collagen. Strawberry burst tastes exactly like a pink starburst. It is so good! I love using this before and during my workout. Cotton Candy smells exactly like cotton candy. It has a blueberry cotton candy flavor. I really like it! Watermelon is ok for a pre, but I am not a huge fan of the flavor to sip on but it is more my flavor profile liking. It still tastes amazing! Pineapple is really good too. It is more subtle with the flavoring than some of the others. I have also dry scooped some of these for a pre-workout. I like them both ways! I do not think you can go wrong with taste on any of them!

Es el único preworkout que te da energía, no sabe horrible ni te da picazón o taquicardia como otros (ya sabemos cual, el del payasito). Yo no entreno sin 3 cucharadas de este con creatina, necesito cafeína porque por pura voluntad está difícil jaja

He consumido aminos desde hace 10 años. Esta es la segunda marca que pruebo y muy satisfecho. Me gustó más la versión con electrolitos.

El sabor es bueno, un poco dulce pero nada que con más agua quede bien, llevo en 3 días

Llevo unos días tomándolo, solo puedo decir que tiene muy buen sabor y sirve para despertar, pues contiene cafeína
