Broan-NuTone CT132 2-Set Chrome Button Lock Wand Central Vacuum Hose Attachment

On my 3rd order of these. No critcisms. Strong. I like to configure as a long 3 section wand.

These wands do what we wanted them to do. The main problem I have with them is that they fit so snugly together that I simply leave them connected permanently as a single unit. I have an old wand I use to put my dusting brush on for baseboard heat etc. I also find it a bit difficult to remove our floor brushes from them. They do stay together.

Bought to replace cracking plastic wands that flexed a lot when trying to vac hardwood floor. Like the old metal ones my grandma had, feel solid and don't bend all over the place.

The inside of the tubes rusted so bad they couldn't be connected anymore. They were only two years old.

Close to perfect. Eliminated "too short and heavy" wands on my canister vacuum. We have hardwood floor and no area rugs so didn't need the power head attachment. Since we couldn't remove the cord and brackets on the wands we were left with the extra weight. The original wands were also more than 4" shorter overall than these replacements and that 4" is a big deal when chasing cobwebs on a raised ceiling. Our attachments fit perfectly as far as snapping onto the bottom wand. The top wand doesn't line up perfectly or snap on but the slide connection is so snug it doesn't matter. That's the reason for only 4 stars. If it ever gets too loose, I'll bring out the duct tape. The extended length and lighter lift has definitely improved vacuuming comfort. But I still hate vacuuming.

Well made smoothly constructed wand for central vacuum. Simple and just what we needed. Competitive price. Well packaged. That's all that needs to be said.

Had a friction lock wand for years. Always had to hold it with my other hand or it slipped out. Just a painButton lock is the way to gothis is a two piece rod, perfect size for me

These wands are made for an older model electric carpet brush and have the holder for the electric cord, which would plug into the hose, attached. Once attached to the manual carpet brush (Broan-NuTone, Gray CT140G) that I meant to use it for, or to each other, they are impossible to detach without some sort of a tool (I used a flathead screw driver). I am 5'6" tall and found they were too long for me and the brush, not allowing it to lay flat on the floor, unless it was quite a distance from me.If you are looking for the replacement wands, these will do. However, I guess I am going to have to settle for slip-ons and hope the brush head doesn't fall off.

Not worth more than $10 but they fit properly just like the OEM ones.

I did not order a telescopic wand that does not have any button click closures but that's what I got. It does work but I would have preferred my button lock wand, two of them, rather than one without button locks and that expands when you pull it out. I specifically ordered the button lock two wands and did not get that.'I would still like to get the two button lock wands!!!

Works well with my central vacuum accessories. Doesn't fit older Sears canister vacuum.
