Best touch up in the market better than the shampoo in stuff I’ve tried!

Same quality as local store
Used this product for years but always store bought. Was afraid to buy on line but glad I did. Same quality as local store but not all stores regularly stock my color (6A), sometimes hard to find, sells out quickly.

Good coverage, but now appears runnier when applying
Normally a 5-star review, but they appeared to have changed the formula and it is now more runny which affects ease of application . The root and gray coverage still appears to be the same after using, but the previous thicker formula is better.

Natural color
I get compliments on my hair color all the time and no one knows it's not natural. The best thing about this hair dye is that it makes your hair very shiny. People are shocked when I reveal my secret. You mix, brush it on, wait 10 or 15 minutes and then wash it out. Very easy and quick. It lasts until more grey grows in.

I love this root touch-up kit!
This Clairol root touch-up kit works perfectly and blends right in with my salon color. I hate my gray roots showing, in between salon trips. This Clairol 6A matches perfectly. As per my stylist, I leave the product on my roots for 20 minutes, when the directions say 10-15 minutes. I do notice that my color 6A is often more difficult to find in stores. I have to order it on line a lot. Wish it were more available. But again, I do LOVE this stuff!

Good price for hard to find color.
I’m a long time user of Clairol Root Touch Up, and it is an easy to use product that produces great results. However, it’s almost impossible to find the color I prefer- 6A in stores that sell this product. Ordering online is an easy cost effective option for me.

Has the formula changed?
I’ve used this product several times and have always been pleased, but this time? Something has changed. I have stubborn grays, so I left it on for 15 minutes as usual, but the grays are still there. It also significantly darkened the rest of my hair, even though I used my regular shade, so the grays are even more noticeable than they were before. Now I have this kind of salt and pepper thing going on, which is definitely not what I was going for. The darker shade doesn’t work well with my complexion, either.
