Can I twist my hair with it?

Great question. Um I don’t know haven’t tried. I use it to grease the scalp. I have had Wonder Gro grease before and loved it. This is good too. It’s a bit thick though. I still recommend it. Hope you find a product you are looking for.

Will it stain my grey hair?

No it will not. It moisturizes the hair but doesn't cover grey

Will it help Caucasians hair?

I think it is too heavy for Caucasian hair

can i get steps on how to use,like since i have an afro do i pic out my hair after i use it or leave it in then twist my hair?can grease be washed out

I wear an afro sometimes to. You don't wash it out it is to moisturize you scalp and gives your hair a healthy glow. You can grease your scalp put a little on your hair with some water, twist or bantoo knot your hair when you take it down it should look healthy, natural and strong.
