If youโre on the edge of buying then do a little research; this stuff is really good for you. I take about a Tbsp a day, in two parts. I mix in some turmeric and lemon juice and black tea to make it more palatable and for additional health benefits and itโs not bad. Iโm not a fan of the taste but itโs worth it. This is the brand I use daily. Itโs not expensive, Iโve never had any stomach issues with it, the ingredients are simple and safe. Package arrived intact, no leakage but it is glassโฆ so potentially thereโs issues there but otherwise great product!
