My work involves custom made samples so I investigated a few laser options. I chose this one because it is the right size and right power for what I am doing. The unpacking and installation were easy. I followed a YouTube tutorial. Acmer stuff is well built!

I got it assembled in an hour. The whole process is smooth and simple. They even have the screws packaged in different bags with the steps number on the bag. I tried it with their sample wood, as well as the cutting board we normally used. It can engrave different wood without any issue. The main reason for the review is that they offer free software and very easy to use, and when I run into issues and submit a ticket, they really have someone reply my questions very fast. So it deserves a good review.
