These berberine patches are easy to apply and stay in place throughout the day. They’re comfortable to wear and fit well into my daily routine. I’m happy with the quality and would purchase them again.

The adhesive of this patch is very strong; it stayed on for over 10 hours without falling off. More importantly, it really helps control my appetite. Especially since I used to crave sweets in the afternoons at work, after using this patch for 10 days, I feel much better control. I will continue to use it.

I put them outside under the moonlight to cleanse. Be careful...they got moved a bit and scraped up a bit from the brick/cement I had them on. I didn't know that would happen w Tiger Eye but it did. Citrine and Aventurine are my 2 favorites from this batch. They're good for the $

I gave these patches a shot to curb my cravings, but honestly they did zilch for my appetite. What really got my attention was the hair that started coming out in handfuls every time I showered. My scalp even felt tender and itchy in spots, which was totally new for me. I'm pretty consistent with my hair care and this has never happened before. Since I stopped using them, the shedding has slowed a bit but my part looks wider and I can see more scalp than I used to. I can't say for sure it's from the patches, but nothing else changed in my routine. Complete waste – no effect and now I'm worried about my hair

My first set of crystals! Got them earlier than expected, perfect size to carry with you if you wish. Gorgeous stones, love the little pouch. I got them in a mini ziploc baggie that had a description of the stones attached to it. Just a very cute. Going to buy from the seller again!
