Does bc aspirin work for menstrual cramps

Aspirin is an anti-inflammatory. Menstrual cramps are muscular so they need a muscle relaxer like Ibuprofen.

I'm not sure but where I'm from they all look the same on box as in box but no one around here dose not have nor carry the cherry flavor or any others for that matter lol.
