I bought this for after my pregnancy to support my muscles and to help get back into shape. I have bought cheaper versions previously but they never offered full support. This was beyond my expectations and I'm glad I opted for it. It offers full flexible boning which I feel is a must if you're after proper support. Its comfortable and adjustable. I would wear it all day and not feel uncomfortable. The only downside I see is that if you wear something sheer or thin, it would be seen, or the boning would at least. This hasn't been a problem for me as when im out I opt for thicker fabrics anyway. I love the fact that wen i sit down it does not bunch, it forces you to sit properly which has greatly improved my posture. After 3 weeks, I'm back for my second purchase in a smaller size. I feel much smaller around the waist and I've grown used to wearing the corset all day long. Honestly, I doubt the corset is doing anything physically transformative to the belly fat, but the secret is that it makes you eat less. I've been eating significantly smaller meals, more frequently. I think the corset would be great under fitness wear, if there is an easier way to wash these regularly. Also, I sit long hours throughout the day and the corset feels great as support for my back, and I find myself sitting up straighter.I gave it four stars because the off-white colour has turned blue around the bottom edges from the chafing of my jeans. And it's really not easy washing these. For first-timers, don't expect these alone to better your waistlines! But do embrace the changes it'll have on your eating habits and you'll start seeing changes in a few weeks.

It's truly amazing, a little small the first couple of wears but it stretches, holds u in and smooths you down, I wear it with hold me in pants under of a lil extra effect and controls any bulges on the back.

I can not praise this item enough!!!!!I was unsure about buying it at first, as some of the reviews are quite negative but I needed something to make my bridesmaid dress look better so though i would give it a go:) It arrived the day after ordering and i tried it on straight away...it did smell of rubber when i got it out of the packet but not massively like some people have said. I did need a helping hand to get it done up but once on...WOW!!!!! It is sooooo comfy...it didn't even feel like i had it on and i now see how some people have said they wear theirs all of the time...i'm definitely buying another:) Also...and this is the good bit....i measured my tummy before and then with the corset on....................4 inches gone!!!! I love love love it and feel a lot happier about wearing my bridesmaid dress now:)

It really does work in smoothing and taming the bulge, but there are some faults.1: It loses it shape after a few good wears and washes. (You have to wash/rinse it regularly/every use, not just because it's an underwear garment, but also because the rubbery material can make you sweat- hey, it's great insulation in the winter, I guess).2: Yes, it does have a leathery/rubbery scent (that's the main material) but you can only detect it when you put your nose right to it. And it's not a gross smell, just a curious one.There are two sets of hooks for the days you want extra squeeze and for those days when you want a little more room. In my opinion, it's not comfortable, but its bearable. Great for the posture, and as a bonus, works as a cheap and safe gastric band, because you sure as hell cannot sit down and tuck into a hearty meal in it.Size guide...don't do the corset rule. Buy for the size you are, if not a size bigger.Don't be disheartened or alarmed when you come to put it on for the first time. It is hilariously difficult to put on, but it does fasten. Give yourself some time for it though!

Back then i also wanted to buy another one which is a lot cheaper, but I chose this one and I'm really satisfied with this.It fits the body so well and gives me the shape i want.Good quality.I usually buy size8 clothes, and I chose size small(6-8) on this one. I'm not fat and i find it a little hard to were it on. But I can wear it under help anyway, and don't feel uncomfortable.

Comfortable to wear even over 8 hours. Difficult to hook up because it is so tight. I bought my dress size but as I can be a 14 and a 16, I bought a 14. Then I tried the 16. The larger size was easier to hook and zip up but the top and bottom were too large. The 14 was better. However, as I am not slim, and that is why I bought the corset in the first place, the fat has to go somewhere. Guess where! Over the top and the bottom. There is a welter of fat peeping just under the bra. Next, you need to wear a bra with wider sides.I didn't find it practical in the end. Best to diet and exercise, I say! This is my honest opinion.
