This is the best fish sauce I’ve used! It has an amazing flavor and clean label compared to other fish sauces I’ve tried. It adds an umami to anything I cook, from Asian Stir Fry’s to Italian dishes. A little goes a long way, and it’s definitely worth the upgrade! Delicious!

My new secret ingredient
Simply the most impressive fish sauce I have ever come across. The wax seal, the weight of the glass bottle, and the body of the liquid feels so premium. The taste matches the description perfectly, this will easily be my “secret ingredient“ when making some maple fish sauce wings, brussel sprouts, or my pan fried chow mein noodles. Although I’m treating this like a top shelf product, I don’t mind incorporating it in my weekly meals since the price point is very fair! Not to mention the ingredients (Anchovies, Salt) make this such a palatable buy for me. No BS ingredients! The best part is the smell + taste, ultimate umami!!! 10/10 would recommend this to anyone who is trying to find a top shelf fish sauce that delivers on price, taste, feel, premium, all of the above.

Disappointed
The most expensive fish sauce I’ve ever bought, and it wasn’t enjoyable at all in any dish I made. Maybe I got a bad bottle or something, but it made dishes like pad Thai and pad kra poa almost inedible.

Haven’t found where I want to use it.
Love the brand and in particular the Phamily Reserve fish sauce. Unfortunately I have yet to find the best use for this version. I’ll keep looking for where it fits in my cooking arsenal.
