I purchased these Potok resistance bands for physical therapy. They are decent, reasonably priced bands. They are in 3 different strengths which is denoted on each: light (0.35 mm, 15 lbs), medium (0.45 mm, 20 lbs) and heavy (0.55 mm, 25 lbs). I ordered the 4’ bands, which are long enough for what I need. Note these are made of latex so those with latex allergies should not use. These bands are made in China.

This resistance band set checks all the boxes! I was looking for something with variable weight ranges of resistance at an affordable price and these fit the bill. Very well constructed and provide a perfect range of resistance across the three bands. Great product!

I purchased these less than a year ago to help with physical therapy after suffering a stroke. While they were new, they worked just fine. It was actually amazing at how far they would stretch and never gave me a problem. After getting better, I stopped using these and left them with some other items out of the sun but also out of their packaging. After having been home due to the current covet 19 pandemic, I have noticed a bit of stiffness from not being as active as I should be while I am on furlough from work. Got the bands out today, and after stretching eight times the band snapped off about 8 in from the end. It surprised me, but I thought maybe it was just the way I was holding it. I regripped it and continued with the workout, and in just two stretchings of the band later, it broke again right in half. I could stretch the band almost anywhere and it would snap. These started out great, and were not very expensive, but I was kind of disappointed that they were now no longer usable.

The latex exercise bands were exactly what I was looking for to help with stretching exercises before and after running. I’m 64 and not as flexible as I once was, so stretching has become a big part of my warm up and recovery program. I did not rate durability because I’ve only had them a week, but they appear to be high quality and I fully expect them to be durable.

Sono semplici bande elastiche di 3 colori differenti ai quali corrisponde una resistenza diversa; "Duro, medio e morbido". Le ho acquistate per fare esercizi di potenziamento alle caviglie e devo dire che non ho riscontrato problemi. Sono lunghe 120 cm ed utili per vari esercizi sia di potenziamento che di stretching dinamico. Sono robuste anche se all'apparenza non sembrerebbe in quanto sono fatte di un materiale plastico molto morbido (forse silicone) ma non emanano nessuno odore sgradevole. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo anche valutando il prezzo di altri prodotti presenti online.
