How many teaspoons should I use for a nice pot of tea. I Put 2 1/2 tablespoons and it came out darker than the picture and stronger than the reviews.

I think it's personal preference: I have a single serve 16oz tea pot and I use one table spoon. I like it dark and strong. Package brewing instructions suggest 1 teaspoon per serving, I believe. It also gets stronger at the end of the bag, because you get more crushed leaves (dust) and it gives stronger flavor then whole leaves. You might want to use less tea for brewing then.

What is the difference between kalami and barooti? Does one have a stronger flavor?

I didn't like barotti, it had this smoky, deep, almost bitter sweet flavor I didn't enjoyed. Kalami Assam is strong, but mellow, not bitter. This is my hands down favorite. If they ever discontinue it, that would be the absolute tragedy

what is the packing/ expiration date on Ahmad Tea Ghalami Loose Tea Packet, 16 Ounce

the last package I bought was packed 07 /04/2013with an experation of 07/04/2016 It is in very small white lettering on the Bottom of the Package

It does not say jasmine on the product description, but many reviews are talking about jasmine flavor. How come?

Kalami Assam has no jasmine in it. It's black tea. It's possible the listing had different options of Ahmad Tea to select from before and reviews got mixed up.
