From our Plug & Play Product line comes our TSS-Turn Signal System(Patent Pending). The System comes with a Marine Switch that activates the Turn Signal System and also Indicates with a flashing arrow. It is Easy to install with no wires to cut and no crimping. The system comes with pre made wire harnesses that interface with the OEM harness, just unplug the car's rear light harness connector and plug our harness in, it is that easy. The brake lights work as turn signals just like a car including Hazard Lights. Since these vehicles are used primarily for off road use, the lit dash switch is more practical over those cumbersome turn levers that break off. It includes a lit Hazard Switch and rear power out for the license plate light or whip light. XTC Power Products are made in America. XTC Gets You Wired For Fun!

Not a direct fit for the Can Am Defender Limited
Overall the apparent quality of the materials and construction of this kit is very good. However, attempting install on my 2020 Limited Max proved difficult. Provided instructions are somewhat generic and not completely representative of this machine. One of the most challenging install aspects was trying to penetrate the firewall with the required wires. While there may be others that will find a better solution, I wound up taking the path of least resistance and boring a 1 1/4" hole through the plastic brake master cylinder cover, then installing a Daystar rubber boot. The attached picture shows two harnesses passing through the boot. The smaller of the two is an extra for the Harbor Freight 14" light bar that I also installed. It seemed that some major disassembly would have been required to pass wires through the OEM firewall penetration and there was not much room to do so.The kit incorporates turn signalling into the OEM rear tail lights. Running the supplied harness through the center tunnel is relatively easy. Passing that harness up to the control module is not so easy. As the picture indicates, I wound up notching the floor panel so as to pass the harness up to the control box. I tried the stiff wire/fish tape method to snake the harness up, but after many attempts became frustrated and again, took the path of least resistance with the notch.Relative to the control module - The two plastic standoffs on the upper wall of the glove box with a span that is said to be 4.75" apart do NOT match the span of the holes in the control module. I wound up fastening the control module to the front wall of the glove box. This takes up a minor amount of the glove box space, but I doubt it will be used for much besides a pair of shades anyway.where the aft-most harness that connects the to the OEM tail lights is supposed to plug directly into the OEM connector under the bed at the back of the cabin - there was another problem. The Kit connector and the OEM connector did not match. After having several phone conversations with an XTC rep (Glendale, AZ) I was informed that they knew of some incompatibility with some of the first Kits. The rep was nice enough to say he would send an adapter connector, but a SNAFU in the shipping department delayed the shipment of this connector, which as of today I am still awaiting delivery. One other potential problem I saw was the combination horn/hazard switch illumination light - It's on constantly (a definite drain on the battery). Having used the Kit switch harness, I would not have thought this problem would now exist. The other Kit supplied turn signal switch illumination light is NOT on constantly. Again, I used the Kit supplied harness/connector for that switch as well. I have an e-mail in to XTC and I await an answer on this issue. (Which wire on the switch connector powers the switch illumination light?)I've tested the horn and the Kit supplied front turn signals and they do work fine. I'm sure when I get the adaptor connector installed for the rear lights the system should be good to go. I am disappointed however, with the additional wiring I had to do. There ARE some un-terminated OEM wires under the hood that MIGHT have been good candidates for installing this system, but I didn't have a wiring diagram for the machine and didn't go through enough research to know the answer to that question. My hope is that XTC will finally get their hands on a 2020 Can Am Limited and sort out a better solution for future buyers of what I think is essentially a good product.Update: So the long-awaited adapter connector arrived yesterday. While again, I am not completely thrilled with the installation of my turn signal/horn system, I am happy to report that everything works. The one remaining issue is the fact that the illumination of the horn/hazard switch is on constantly. I have email exchanges with XTC on this issue.

Turn signal switch not lighted like literature says!
Well built kit but info says lighted switches. One for flashers and horn is lighted but one for turn signals is not until direction pushed. Cannot see at night in cab. Other manufacturers use full lighted switch.
