Best for already grated
This cheese is so delish. It’s a lil pricy, $9 currently. However, you do get a good amount. It’s on the salty side. Great flavor. Nutty. And does not have that stiff or powdery texture of most pre-grated cheese that won’t melt down well.

Locatelli Romano is the best!
There is no better Italian cheese than Locatelli Romano. It is hard to find here on the west coast, but Fresh foods has it!

Best Pecorino Romano
Grew up with this. It's a NewYork classic Italian Cheese. I grew up with this. Pecorino Romano is made from sheep's milk not cow and is salter in a good way than Parmesan cheese. So for Pasta you use less to get that satisfied flavor. This is probably 1 of the best Romano cheeses in the world. Worth the price. 1 level tablespoon per large bowl of pasta and that's generous ..Will last a while. Great on pizza. I love Parmesan or Grana padana but again really good italian cheeses are 12 to 16.00 a pound now. This is the best.

Yum!
I bought this for my mom because she said it’s about double the price in the grocery store. It also came in a really cool container that kept it fresh and cool. The only complaint would be after the total of shipping plus delivery fee or whatever extras to deliver food, it sort of came out to the same amount, as if she bought it in the store. The cheese itself is delicious!

THE MOST FLAVOR AND MELTS INSTANT IN THE MOUTH
I will never buy any other kind of pecorino EVER again ! THIS IS THE BEST!I thought the best is the one you grate fresh (I had a hard, dry and saltier kind before that I had to grate , You chew on that before you taste it but this one melts instantly in your mouth and is not so salty); I have a hard time to STOP eating it straight from the plastic bottle it came in . I bought 5 more and freeze some.MIX WITH WARM EGGS SALAD JUST MADE YOU WILL LOVE IT!!!Boil eggs(7) 7 min exactly,(place the eggs in boiling water from the fridge FOR 7 min no more no less (PUT THEM ALL AT ONCE not one by one!!) AT THE END OF THE SEVENTH minute get the pot off heat and drain imidiatelly fill with running cold tap water. for 3 minutes !! DRAIN all water and start shell off them one by one. put them in a big bowl and break them small THEN THE REAL MOMENT COVER THEM WITH THIS PECCORINO GRATED CHEESE I MEAN COVER THEM ALL OVER .NOW MIX WELL AND EAT SOMETHING YOU WILL NEVER FORGET ! DO NOT PUT ANYTHING ELSE IN THIS EGG DELIGHT!!! except a nice MOSCATO wine in the end and that only in your mouth !!
