Can I use this product to clean outdoor basketballs to restore grip to the ball?

I've never tried it for that but just did and it did make a significant improvement. Thanks for the great idea. It also cleaned them up quite a bit!!!

Will this work as a non skid for my work shoes?

If you wear shoes with rubber soles and are walking on wood surfaces then , yes...

Would this work on jazz dance shoes to keep them from slipping on the dance flooring?

If the shoes have a rubber sole, I bought specifically for my sons basketball shoes- it works great on the court.
