We were looking for shower, bath, and wand system. Also,we were looking for a long tub spout that would reach a stand alone tub. We searched and searched. We bought and installed the ArtBath faucet. Six months later....We love it. It works great, looks great and the price for value was beyond great. The package arrived with individual parts wrapped in gift like material. I think Artist's packaged the faucet. It was perfect. Installation is best left to an experienced installer. While I installed it, the tolerances for wall depth were either standard or liberal and easily manageable. After months of daily use, it works perfectly. I RECOMMEND.... We used the shower extension for the tub filler,works great. We also mounted all components in a asymmetrical pattern. I would buy again. I was so afraid of leaks, etc,in the beginning. Only critic is: Selector icons are difficult to see for me ( 50's). I just memorized which way to turn when going from tub to wand, etc. The system looks great and expensive. The one I installed is truly nice. I hope this helps. I also wanted to give this small company a Thumbs Up..,Rarely does one find such a high quality item.

By the time I finally finished the tiling and other steps entailed with the project, I had almost forgotten what this looked like. I am SO GLAD I chose this fixture.It's very minimalist. The shower head is perfect - you can see your reflection in it (weird, but the first thing I noticed), the pressure in the hand sprayer is superb... The only thing that's a little freaky is the tub spout, we have toddlers and are going to cover it with some sort of protection while they're having baths.You won't regret this. Exactly as pictured. Now, is it the cheapest? I'm not sure. What's most important to me is that this bathroom project is done after 6 months, and I'm actually pleased with the result. Very, very glad we chose this.

Installed per pictograms for instructions and did not have the housing out enough to grip the trim plate on the mixer valve part. Also the escutcheon trim is attached to the tub spout so after installing you just need to guess if there are drips or not. Would be nice if it was slide on like the shower head support.

We had professionals come install this piece in our guest bathroom. We are happy with our purchase, the shower looks great, and adds to a modern-style bathroom. However, feedback from professional installers: was difficult to install (apparently most parts from China can be a pain). We've now had this installed for 6+ months, and noticed the pressure coming from the rain shower isn't as strong as it used to be. In addition, water doesn't come out of every single hole in the rain shower.Overall we are still happy with the purchase, but in future remodels will go with a better quality brand to ensure it lasts a 'lifetime'.

ReAlly love this set however, the tub spout just broke off from where it is attached... it seems fragile... the brass thing sticking out the wall that is attached to the spout broke off...you can see the brass thing stuck inside the spout please send me replacement. See picture attached....Still love this product.

It looks beautiful, I use all three flows. And you can use two flows at a time. The only thing I don’t like is the dial that switches from one water flow to the next. We have a problem keeping the dial on. Also the plumber was a little concerned on how to install but he figured it out.

Had a plumber install the shower but had issues w the hot water ... checked and there was hot water in the bathroom sink so we knew it wasn’t a hot water tank issue.After researching we found out Artbath parts are “metric” so I had to buy a special “metric” allen wrench to adjust the hot water inlet. Fixed it but it was a hassle and extra $ - which explains the low rating for this product.

This shower/bath system is truly beautiful, elegant and worth the money for the quality.Its brass base and chrome finish sturdy and heavy not like the plastic stuff you find at your local home store. Great deal!The shower flange was missing from the box but Artbath sent another. Took 2 weeks. Plumber installed.

Theres no replacement parts available if theres problems years later. It's no SCA approved so insurance won't cover any issues with it. The plumber said it's not easy to install. This is going to cost you money in the long run. Shouldnt even be available I. Canada or the US as it's not up to standard.

this item is really great . what great value. love how it looks and works.

The bath spout is designed to be impossible to tighten into the wall without breaking off.The NPT fitting cant be separated from the spout to install into wall.

Bought 3 shower systems and all 3 mixing valves leak.

Works well, looks great.
