Hi! My hair is not damaged, in fact pretty healthy. But they are very thin and almost don't have any volume. Would this help?

i am NO expert by any means..but my personal opinion, : I would guess that this would not add volume..in fact most deep conditioners actually weigh your hair down..You need a thickening volumizer....perhaps a mousse type product would be better for you..only my opinion.I AM NOT AN EXPERT OR PROFESSIONAL , JUST SPENT A LOT OF $$ ON HAIR CARE!

how long should i stay with my hair unwashed after i use it? can i stay for a month?

No heat protectant since you have to leave 20% of the prodcut still in your hair
