My wife ordered this mixer to replace a 12-year-old dollar store mixer that finally broke down. What a difference between this one and the old one. This one is more substantial looking, is much quieter, comes with more accessories, and is easier to clean.In the past when my wife would say she was going to make mashed potatoes for dinner I would cringe, knowing that her old mixer would sound somewhat like a cross between a dentist drill and a jackhammer. This one, thankfully, is so much quieter. She has used it for several things and continues to like it.It's not the fanciest mixer out there but it just works and works well. Recommended.

I like the handy storage clear plastic container that hooks onto the blender. It stores the beaters & cord perfectly. It hooks easily on the bottom of the mixer and makes storage perfect & easy. I noticed somewhere someone mentioned theirs did not stay on, but mine does and I love it. The cord is most definitely too short. It keeps coming unplugged when I have to move to a different station in my kitchen which I often do because of doing so much cooking. I just think with that improvement it would be perfect. Someone also mentioned abt the speed being to high even on low, but I did not see that as a problem at all. The one other improvement I would suggest is for the beater blades to be increased in size. I have never seen any that small and feel it would do a much better job and quicker with larger blades. Other than that I am pleased.

The media could not be loaded. My old mixer broke so I was in the market for a new one.One of the things I was looking for was durability. I’m tired of purchasing new mixers and want one that’s going to last. This mixer has a nice stainless steel exterior and feels sturdy in the hand when using. I can tell this one will last a while.Next I wanted a mixer with multiple speeds. This mixer has 5 speeds. It also comes with instructions on what speed to use for different foods. This makes it easy to learn the speeds of the mixer and so far they’ve been spot on.Lastly I wanted one that had accessories. I like this one because it comes with beaters, a whisk and dough hooks! It even has a storage case for the accessories, so I am not digging through my kitchen drawers to find them.You really can’t beat this mixer. I am happy I made this purchase.

I gave this mixer to my granddaughter as a house warming gift. She loves it.

Only used sparingly 4 months and the part where the mixer blades go is loose and broken

I barely used this. Thought it seemed good. Purchased June 2023. Then after the 5th time using, turbo button got jammed. I tried gently to get it to pop up. Instead, it goes down deeper. Had to use a wooden spoon. I am not happy by this experience. Did not even push it hard. Wondering if this has happened with anyone else.So changing my 5 star rating to 1 star. Should be 0 stars.

Worked well, not too loud, seems to be good quality, have used limited times so far. Nice storage bin included which attaches to the mixer.

Bought this beater June 2023, only used a few times when gas oven stopped working in my rental unit so couldn’t bake for the next few months.. Dec.2023 got it out to use again after 4 mos. and the beaters stick, will not rotate.

Warranty was just 3 months - mixer gave out month 5 - no support
