The product I found excellent, With just two issues, 1. The instructions should be written by an English person, I found it difficult to understand. 2. The velcro fastener can come undone with movement.

This is faulty, the valve leaks air. Like the last one I ordered a month ago . I am going to send both of them back. Very disappointed furthermore no one can help me with a replacement valve.

Works perfect with my back,very comfy,and you can add more pressure on the belt with the air pump.Great product,very pleased
