The case is hardsided. It has a loop handle and a carabiner which is convenient. I was disappointed that the color listing "black/grey" didn't specify that the zipper isn't grey, it was red. I'm not a fan of that. I was hoping for a black case that looked more sleek (think, glasses case appearance) but instead it's black outer, red zipper, grey interior... Just in case you didn't know that. The bite stick fits perfect inside so I'm overall satisfied with my purchase aside from the slight disappointment with the zipper color choice.

Keeps everything together and protects when packing. Hope zipper hold up.

Does help the itching for awhile, but I have not noticed any reduction of the swelling from either spider or mosquito bites.

You should definitely give a try.
After reading other reviews I was excited. To be honest it’s really working. I tried it and the pain and swelling gone right away.
