Solid buy
I've climbed about 10-15 trees so far with one of these prussiks. I weigh around 240lbs, and it took me about 1-3 trees to break in to a solid hold. No issues outside of pine sap (which will bind even the best of eye to eyes). I have yet to see it slip due to material of the cord, only to my own error with dressing my hitch properly. I have (and primarily) climbed with a VT, schwabish, and distel on this hitch and would highly recommend it over the exuberantly priced competitors. So far the material has held it's original shape really well, as I do not like for my eye to eyes to mould to a rope, as that can break down the integrity of a hitch. I, personally, untie my knots before the end of every day and will cycle it between another for care purposes.I recommend this product and will likely be purchasing more in the future.

Durable, works Best w/VT
Great product Ive been using these for about 5 years now. they are alittle stiff at first but as long as people tie their Knotts right and use TDS (Tie, dress, and set) Ive seen alot of people not use correct amount of loops and thats what causes slipping. this does work better with certain hitches like the VT where if you use Distol on others like it you have to dress it well. But highly recommend it espically using the VT. First one I used for 2 years straight with a distol and decended alot faster then I shouldve . it never got burnt I ended up wearing a hole in the outer material wwe the bottom single Loop is. Great product only thing I dont like is while decending it gets alot hotter then Others. But thats also why it wont burn the rope.

Well Made but Initially Stiff
These climbing loops look to be well built. My one issue was with how stiff they were. Difficult to get around a 16mm climbing line. Would not turn into a prusik friction hitch at first. After soaking it in warm water for a few hours, letting dry, it softened up nicely and now forms the prusick and kleimheist easily.

Super stiff
This prusik cordage is super stiff and thus making it hard to set the wraps around a rope. I wouldn't use it for personal climbing as a safety prusik. It does however function well after it has been worked into a rope with the appropriate wraps, but it takes a while to set bc it is very stiff.
