Exactly as described. Fixes bulldog style side wind jacks. When the pin breaks we replace the pin and handle (both parts provided I this kit).

Missing essential parts.
The product was delivered without the bushings and pin to install as necessary. Internal packaging (clamshell) was open and damage. The outer package (box) had holes in the bottom and was poorly taped leaving gaps at the box flaps. As received, the item is useless.
