Ideal for Lagos, Nigeria
This is ideal for places like Nigeria where there are frequent blackouts especially for businesses which must use electricity to power their office equipment and in homes as well.

I have one of these in my off grid cabin. Its efficient when loads are low. It can run power tools and smaller micro waves. It handles the in rush power of a big load coming on without the slightest flicker or dimming of the cabin lights. It has a lot of configurable settings to customize it to your needs. It also has a 100 amp battery charger that lets a small generator push a lot of power into the batteries thereby minimizing generator run time. It automatically switches loads to the generator when its available and back to battery power when the generator stops. It is sensitive however to generator power quality. I had a cheap $200 generator that put out 85V and low frequency until a load was connected. The inverter didn't want to accept that power. I plugged a 100 watt light bulb into the generator to bring its power up and the inverter was normally fine. Once I started using a 2000 watt inverter generator it was smooth sailing whenever I wanted to charge the batteries.

Excellent backup power source
I bought one of these to use as an emergency AC power source when losing power at our house. I take it out and connect it to my truck battery and leave the truck idling in the driveway while powering my refrigerator, freezer, sump pump, furnace and several lights in the house simultaneously. No mess or fuss with a gasoline-powered generator that may or may not start. It is over/underload protected, and has a nice graph showing % capacity currently being used.
