Burpee 'Red Currant', Red Cherry Tomato, Sweet Flavor, 60 Non-GMO Seeds

100% germination rate.. The plants are hearty and producing delicious tomatoes all the way through Thanksgiving! I live in Texas so our fall and winters are very mild. The tomatoes had a rough summer and nearly died, but they got a second wind as soon as the weather got cooler. I would say you could have tomatoes all through winter if you put these in a green house... I will be buying from this company again!

I ordered the Sun Gold tomato seeds. This is the most delicious tomato I've ever eaten! They are so sweet. These are better than anything I can get in a store around me. The tomatoes I buy at the store usually tend to be less flavorful than these beauties.I planted 6 seeds for my first go. I started them inside since I live in a colder state, then got them planted outside by the end of May. They all grew nicely, there were no duds. By the end of summer I'm picking handfuls every day. I'm still picking them at the end of September. Make sure you are picking them when they turn a rich orange color. If they're still a little yellow when you pick them or you won't get the full flavor experience. They have a tendency to split as well. Particularly after a rather hard rain, many were split.These tomatoes are a treasure, and I will continue to grow them every year.

These tomatoes are great. First time growing these and they are my new favorite. Every single seed germinated. Each plant grew like crazy in my potted garden. They outgrew 6' stakes and produced a ton of extremely sweet tomatoes. They are also very resilient. I only had a few tomatoes split, as compared to my yellow pear tomatoes, which split quite a bit, and don't taste as good as these. Also, I didn't have a single sungold get BER. They are still producing and growing as of September. I've shared them with several people and everyone as they are like candy and they could just keep eating them. Next year I think I'll opt to cut out the yellow pear tomatoes and grow more of these and maybe some plum types. Also, I'm not sure what happened, maybe cross pollination, but I had a few beefsteak tomatoes that were next to these and a lot of the beefsteak turned into a kindof hybrid of the sungolds and beefsteak. Overall, these things are great and I highly recommend them.

For the price these were a great purchase did have some germination issues and would say about 80% germinated.

These were very easy to grow, and produced more then I could ever use. The taste was awesome. Sweet like a treat. Then we bought store tomatoes and omg, terrible, no flavor. We got so spoiled over the summer. We for sure will be planting these again.

I received these seeds on Oct 14, and planted 8, 2 per pots, under grow lights.After two weeks, one sprouted in one cup. Now 23 days after planting it is 1" tall.I got another brand of cherry tomatoes and planted them 10 days ago and 7 out of 9 germinated.They range from 1/2" to 2". Both sets of seeds were planted inside under grow lights in the same kind of pot, same depth, same soil, and watered the same.I know they are different types of tomatoes, but at the rate the Burpee seed is growing I'll die of old age before getting any fruit.To add insult to injury I paid a high price for 30 seeds.Most other seed packages will come with a few more than advertised, but there were exactly 30 seeds, and that was being generous by counting a lot that looked like just a piece of a seed.

Lots and lots of cherry tomatoes. Good value.
