Absolutely love this stair rail. Looks great and you even get a cleaning cloth with it. Well impressed. Definitely recommend and a good price too boot.

Can't fault anything about the 1.75m rail purchased. The packaging was incredible and ensured that the rail was delivered without the slightest blemish, in fact it was industrial strength, I had to use a saw to cut up the outer tube. The fixing were already attached therefore 6 screws (supplied) and 10 mins later it was on the wall and looks perfect. The rail is top quality and should literally last a lifetime. Wife is also delighted - need I say more.

This rail was purchased for my lovely 83 year old mother who has worsening hip problems. My husband (and I as his able assistant) fitted it today and as you can see, she was genuinely thrilled. Absolutely delighted in fact. No wobble - solid. As I said to my laughing Dad, ‘if the house was to fall down, the rail would still be standing!’ The rail came with a polishing cloth to keep finger marks at bay. Being honest it did require rawl plugs (spelling?) but my husband had those so no problems there. Straightforward to install. It was satisfyingly heavy, more modern then wood and worth every penny.

Well made excellent quality banister, I was even phoned to make sure my measurements was correct as I had ordered a short rail for my landing, it matched the stair banister I had purchased from this company years ago, It was ordered on the Monday and delivered on the Wednesday I’m well pleased, If you want a good quality banister made in the uk by a company that gives 100% service than look no further.

I fitted this handrail to a wall next to a short flight of steps to help my aged father in law. Really there should be a note or instructions about the fact that it is very heavy (and my one only small) and really requires two people to fit it. One to hold it in place and the other to mark through the bracket holes. A long one would need three people. There’s only a little tolerance on the holes and I had to loosen the brackets on the rail to get it to fit. It looks fine though. Also there was some machine oil on mine which needed wiping off. All ok in the end.

Quick delivery, I was told it was easy to fit and it was easy for me as my husband fitted it 😊 Just the job for me hope it is for anyone reading this.
