Just a little rushed
Several printed errors within the productConsistency of presentation: the arpeggio exercise on C are the only ones in full detail. All others are simple given a short review for fingering purposes only. Then you must play the same pattern as C

required technique to study with Rosina Lhévinne at Juilliard
Previously, I studied with Professor Krasoff and Professor Biro and many other Julliard-trained Professors, but to study with Professor Rosina Lhévinne at Juilliard all the these technical exercises were required prior to studying with her. I realize that was a different era. My colleague is the only known author of these learning materials. For any person that wants to be a concert pianist or just a pianist, I recommend all of these scores. I also recommend the Joseffy and Liszt technical exercises. His scores provide an easy way to learn all the patterns in similar motion and contrary motion, including all the relevant fingerings and turnabouts. If you are a pianist and you want to get into Juilliard or any other Ivy League university, you must learn all your technique first. He also includes tips on the weight transference method. I can speak to the great importance of this. My Professor's Professor Alexander Raab studied with Leschetizky at the Vienna Conservatory of Music where he learned it from Leschetizky.
