Waste of money
It's way too bulky to be able to wear during the day... Very surprised that the reviews were great, I don't really trust reviews on Amazon sometimes. This is not convenient at all, I will go with something else, probably the Belly Bandit from Nordstrom.

Intensely supported, very adjustable, easy to put on.
Whoa! This post partum support system is intense with all it's many parts. However, I love that it is super adjustable in height and around. I also really appreciate that it velcros in the front, Maternity belts tend to close in the back which is super frustrating when your 9 months pregnant. This postpartum belt thoughtfully closes in the front making it much easier to use.

Great for your back if anything
Its strong lol idk how well itll work to be honest. My genetics made my body return to its origional size but its definitely durable its strong and tight I feel like it would work. I used it to support my back after labor i had bad back problems

Perfect
After a full fleur de lis tummy tuck my surgeon told me to find a compression garment that was comfortable. I’ve spend $400 this last two weeks trying to find the thing that worked best, and all but this one sucked. I HIGHLY recommend this for post op, it’s supportive, adjustable, and actually comfortable. Half the others I purchased I couldn’t sit down, or just were plain uncomfortable and hurt after a few hours.

Good back support
Comes in three pieces. Makes you feel like your wearing a back brace. It does help shape your sides but the garment is very cumbersome and I got warm very quickly while wearing it.
