I got the product and got it set up and it was working great. Very sharp, very clear. Nice colors. However after about two months, it just stopped. It was going into power saver mode almost immediately. I tried rebooting it changing the wires all that nothing seemed to work. I contacted Amazon and they contacted the manufacturer and they were very fast. They delivered a replacement in a matter of days. I understand things happen with pretty much any product, and the way this company took care of it when something did was excellent

This is so easy to connect to my laptop. The picture quality is great and it fits well in my laptop bag so it's very portable. I have recommended it to my coworkers because it's so easy to use. One cable connects it to my laptop. For the price, this is such a super buy. It has made my work from home days so much easier.

I got this too help me be more productive writing my report cards as a teacher. At first, it worked to just plug and play but I then had difficulty connecting it easily. I contacted the seller about an additional cord that they could send me at no cost (this info was in the manual), and they were able to send me a voucher to use for an HDMI adapter. They were SO helpful!I wish I would have had this YEARS ago! The picture quality is great, and it can also play sound.

I purchased this for a monitor for my Tapo H500 Hub. This monitor is perfect. I loved the fact that they not only sent the USB-C cable to power the unit, but you also get the HDMI to HDMI Mini. There is not a power supply with this unit. So it must be powered by the USB-C. That is fine for what I needed it for because the Tapo H500 has USB-C that will power it. It is extremely light weight and I used command Velcro strips to mount it on the wall. The picture quality is great, the color is fantastic. It seems to be built well. It is not rugged but for what I am using it for. It is perfect. I will be purchasing at least one more for my Home Assistant tower and Networking equipment. For the price, definitely worth the $40.00.

I have a Asus ZenScreen which is heavy, but solid. My wife needed a portable display like mine, so I saw this. Price is less than half of what I paid for my Asus, but twice the performance more than my Asus screen. I like how it has HDMI and speakers too. It's very light so good for travel. Now I'm debating if I should get one for myself too.
