Delicious tea, doesn't have a strong ginger flavor. I love drinking it, just not on an empty stomach. I found that carbs and then liquids work the best in preventing morning nausea.

A lovely tasting tea. I'm on my second purchase now. But be forewarned, if you are someone who does not like to get bits of tea leaf or herbs on your tongue, treat them with kid gloves when you lift them out of the packet and unpeel the dipping string. When you separate the string from the rest of the tea bag, it tends to rip the bag very easily. It's annoying, but I put up with it because I like the tea. But at this price point, the bags should be better made. I'd lower the price or improve the bags.

I found out I was pregnant due to morning sickness. Ever since the beginning my morning sickness kept me running from pretty much anywhere to the toilet. I couldn't do anything such as work, errands, working out and cleaning around my house. My morning sickness starts at night, so I decided to give Oat Mama a try and honestly my experience was truly amazing! The same day I got my teas delivered, I tried them before my morning sickness kicked in. Not only was I able to sleep well, but also went to the gym the next morning. Ever Since the first day I tried Oat Mama's Morning Sickness tea my entire pregnancy changed. It has truly been an amazing discovery for me and I hope nobody experience morning sickness in their lives. It's awful! I hope this tea help others as it helped me.

I found this searching for an INSTANT ginger lemon tea, and failed to realize this wasn't instant, and is in fact in those plasticky mesh teabags, which I hate. I brewed it loose, and the taste is OK, but not great. The citrus is overwhelming - not really picking up the black tea or the ginger. Way too expensive for what it is (unless of course it does help your nausea - but I think you'd probably be better off buying a chunk of ginger, some lemons, and some decaf black tea - it would taste better, and wouldn't be nearly $1 per teabag!). Won't buy again.

Love this bright, wakening tea! You can really taste the lemon and ginger (two of my fave flavors) - great for waking me up in the morning as it has a little kick to it, while also still being gentle on my tummy. Totally recommend!

I love this tea. Naturally decaffianated, the flavor settles my 8w pregnancy nausea. This is the second bag I’ve purchased; I can only imagine I will be purchasing more! Delicious! Thank you Oat Mama for making it!!

This tea was actually good, but I think my morning sickness was beyond anything a tea could do. With that being said it didn’t help my nausea.

This tea is great hot or iced for morning sickness. Tastes great and really helps to ease off my nausea.
