While this does pull my shoulders back and encourages me to hold them back it is not comfortable. The product is poorly made. The concept is great but it needs work.

I love this - easy to wear and definitely keeps you upright - hoping my muscle memory can retain the new knowledge!!

This came with no instructions, warnings, guidelines, recommendations, etc.I would caution anyone who wants to use this. Please speak with a medical professional, or at least use per professional medical guidance.I bought this with the understanding it is supposed to help guide/train the body and "correct" posture.For me, it was sturdy enough to use, but I ended up guessing haphazardly the parameters of wearing it. Should I use it for 15-20 min a day and work my way up? Only while at work? or should I wear it all day? Or .....?I ended up wearing it for short bits at a time and then working my up to "all day" - basically before I left for my job, at and through the job, and then took it off when I got home. It was *physically* a great tactile reminder for me to correct my posture and to be more aware about my body positioning.Sadly, in the long-run, I did something wrong along the way and developed shoulder problems that wouldn't go away. This resulted in me needed to go to physical therapy, even a month and change after I quit using it, as this was the only change to my habits/routine/lifestyle/etc. that was different.I wouldn't say this is a "bad" product, I'd just recommend with excessive caution.

What I found that this Posture-Corrector does is pull my shoulders back, but the back section isn't supportive. The straps do encourage me to retract my shoulders by somewhat digging into my skin, so it feels more like "aversion therapy", which is not what I had in mind.The back section doesn't provide a steady kind of support other than to hold the shoulder straps. It does nothing to encourage me to correct my neck posture either. Granted, the practice to ignite and re-train these muscles is my responsibility, but I was hopeful that this would be a part of the process.I was able to get it on and adjust it just fine, so I appreciate that. The adjustable Velcro straps helped me find the "right" tension for me, so the design for that is a positive. I remain on the hunt for "the one".

Not sure this works. It's painful and was not easy to put on... I found the trick is to open it as large as it will go, put it on, then adjust it.For those with shoulder mobility issues, I'm thinking this would be much harder to put on...I found after wearing this for a while it hurt. The general principle is to pull the shoulders back. Maybe it needs to be eased into a little at a time.

I was skeptical at first, but I can feel this helping to keep my shoulders more upright. It's doing a good job so far for me.It's easy to slip on with the straps loosened, but with the ends of the straps that you pull to tighten being behind your back, it's difficult for me to reach back there to grab them. That's really the only thing about the design that I don't like.It's lightweight, small, and easy to take with you on the go. I like how it feels, and I recommend it overall, but I do think that the strap adjustments should be on the front instead of the back.

I notice that I slouch quite a bit when at my computer and thought this would be a good reminder to sit up straight. Unfortunately, this posture corrector does not work. The fabric is very thin and despite many adjustments, it acts like fabric and molds to my posture, not correcting it. It is difficult to get on and once on, I can't adjust the straps on my own. I have to remove it, readjust, and struggle to slip back into it. I like the idea in theory- but the execution doesn't work.

The Posture corrector tightens up a round the shoulder and upper back to ke your posture upright. When initially using this product, there was minor discomfort because my back was not in alignment. After 10-15 minutes the discomfort went away while my back was getting back into alignment. It definitely works as advertised.
