Does this have the same fresh lemon note like D&G light blue has?

To me NO, nothing like the original DG scent. But I wear it as my everyday cologne; my better ones for the weekends 😀👍. I would not recommend it; I won’t buy this again 😀👍

I can't answer this because I don't know. It is an inexpensive fragrance with a light and unique fragrance. I personally like it.
