No. Touchwood appears to bra polyurethane finish to protect polished and unpolished (but otherwise sanded and finished surfaces). Cleansol is for periodical surface cleaning. It just brings and keeps the original shine on.

Can it be used on cane furniture?

Since Cane furniture is made of bamboo which has a lot of porosity, so you may not get shine as desired. If the surface is smooth, you can try but be careful during buffing.
