is the dial face antique white ( like picture) or is it white white? Also, is it possible to get brown leather strap

The dial on the one I purchased is antique white. The strap is black, don't know if you can get it with a brown strap, but there's nothing stopping you from purchasing the strap you like and putting it on. It is a great watch for the price.

Does this watch have a glow in the dark face? It looks like the cream face watch with illumination in the picture, but the description just readswhite

Yes the Graf Zeppelin 8680-3 have a glow in the dark lume encompassing the entire watch face. It’s very distinctive and beautiful. I wouldn’t hesitate to order.
