Great!
Brilliant. Installation was fairly easy. I had very little room to work in and too long a spanner - with proper tools and/or a bigger airing cupboard it would've been a piece of cake. It took me probably a bit less than an hour, I then had to fit a plug socket in my airing cupboard which took about 20 mins. I don't think there's much they could do to make installation easier really. Maybe include a pipe slice or offer an option that can be wired directly in directly. Who has sockets in their bathroom? All in all though I can't complain, it didn't take long to fit and I learned a few things along the way. Performance is great. Just brilliant. My shower literally did not work before. Maybe a little dribble on a good day. Now it works very well, with the small quirk of having to turn on a hot water tap first to get the pump going. It does have a manual mode, so I could wire up a switch or hook into the lights, etc but I'm happy enough with it like this. It could a limitation with the mixer shower we have. Hot water pressure is noticeably improved throughout the house. It seems to take about half the time to run a bath now. It really is brilliant, I can't overstate how good this thing is. Everyone's house and plumbing is different of course so your milage may vary. It is a little bit noisy. I can't really hear it at all in the bathroom but you can hear it in the next room and the kitchen which is underneath the bathroom. Mainly only when it's powering down, it groans for a few seconds. I haven't used any other hot water pumps but did look at reviews and installation videos for a Salamander pump. The Salamander would be considerably more expensive and probably not DIY friendly. I can say without a doubt that this beats the Salamander on cost and ease of installation. I imagine the Salamander would perform a bit better (it'd have to right?) but this is good enough. You can install a second one to increase pressure even further, which would still be cheaper and easier than the alternatives but 1 works well enough for me.

excellent product
I am using this pump for hot water taps in my home (cold water is coming from the mains and showers have their own 3 BAR pump, so only hot tap water pressure was an issue). The result is amazing, and beyond my expectation. The bathroom taps now have an excellent stream of water versus the useless drizzle prior to pump installation. I had a plumber install it as he was here refurbing my bathroom anyway and th pump itself was installed in 10 mins. Some additional time was needed to install a plug in my airing cupboard so we could plug it in, but the whole thing was done and installed in 45 mins. The pump is very quiet, it’s in my airing cupboard and is of course much quieter than the shower pump. all on all i’m very pleased and hoping this product will last.

Small and Mighty
For such a small inline pump, we are very impressed with it's performance... The features for the price are great and the flow based control very useful... This has certainly resolved the 'low flow' issue we had for certain hot feeds. Lets hope it lasts a long time and provides years of reliable service...

Easy to fit with immediate results
Great little pump. It’s a lot quieter than a conventional pump. Saw an immediate difference when it was fitted for a new bathroom. It’s only been in a short while but the results are there already. The set up is so simple, plug and play. The little LED is great and has three sequences to show if waters running, there’s a fault and if the pumps on. It’s also very easy to add additional pumps later if you want more pressure. I’m very impressed with it, as soon as you turn on any hot taps in the house you see the pressure increase in a second and then hot water comes 2-3 seconds later.

A reasonable improvement to a hot tap.
Quick installation but plug sockets under sink a bit scarce but 4-6 ft of workable length. My flow seemed in the reqts but the pump can take 5 secs or so to detect flow before kicking in. Acceptable improvement through tap from what was pitiful. Fitted to 15mn hot tap supply in unit but would be interested to see if it coped with a shower on a longer supply.

Thought we needed a new boiler and mixer tap - not any more!
Top floor conversion flat with poor pressure (1 bar) and flow (4-6l per minute). Install took about 30 mins. Installed on cold inflow to combi boiler. About the same noise level as the boiler but a bit higher pitch. Our thermostatic mixer tap didn't work properly due to our boiler constantly turning on and off due to poor water flow. We could only take baths as the shower was a pathetic dribble (even with a special low water pressure head). The shower wouldn't stay hot for more than two minutes. Installed the pump and immediately the shower works perfectly and we can run nice hot baths. Honestly life changing.

Noisy and slow...
I bought this item because living in a bungalow the shower pressure was dismal because of the low tank height. The unit was easy to install and wire in as it only needs a low output power supply. It did increase the flow rate slightly, just enough to make the shower usable, but nowhere near as much as I expected. It was also quite noisy from the start, but I dont have anything to compare it to. Unfortunately now, after 18 months it is failing to start and is even louder when it does start... I will now have to do what I should have done from the start and fit a proper booster pump. If this had been a cheap option I could have perhaps accepted it, but at the price it doesnt seem worth the trouble for 18 months use - buy a proper booster pump and have done with it....

Great pump
I had a new kitchen fitted, and for some reason the hot water pressure at the new kitchen tap was very low. I bought this as an easy solution, and it works great. Easy to install in line with the hot water tap feed under the sink, and I now have twice the hot water flow. It does make a little bit of noise, but is barely noticeable over the sound of the flowing water from the tap. It takes around a second to kick in automatically, but once running the flow is much better. The one downside is that you need a nearby electrical supply, but if you have a dishwasher (as I do) then you probably have one near to the sink.
