My lab has eaten Victor foods since he could eat solid food. He's now 8 years old and has the muscles and energy he had at 5 years old. Healthy so I'll never change!!

I’ll update for my two girls. They’re getting up in age almost 10 of the other ones eight years old. Before I bought the food, my younger one could say she was having problems walking around when she wakes up, so that’s why I bought this one. I hope that would help both of them so far after one bag I noticed that my younger one doesn’t struggle to get up and move around. I’m glad I found this and hoping to continue helping her. I recommend it to anyone who has older dogs.

Well tolerated, my dog likes it. His joint health has improved, however he has not lost any weight on this food, even below the diet-ration prescribed on bag. Good nutrition and not greasy like other brands.

priced a little high but my dog loves it and i like the fact that it has supplements for his hip joints.

I have an incredibly active almost 15 year old 46 lb Australian Shepherd who had started to show signs of joint stiffness around age 9. At this point I began searching for a food that would ease him into his senior years. He does not tend toward obesity, but I was looking for something with joint support, that was also easily digestible and good for his dry skin.He immediately took to Victor senior healthy weight, and hasn't looked back. Within a few weeks he seemed to have his mojo back, and now over 5 years later he is still in great health! He will still go for a carefully thrown frisbee (Well, he'll go for the not so carefully thrown ones too, but I do worry about his age 😁). He's also been enjoying playing in our most recent heavy snowfall (15 inches!!) and will bunny rabbit through it like a puppy!He is always eager to eat at meal times, and never turns his nose up. Even though I consider this a pricey dog food, I can't dispute the results, and having a healthy dog well into his teen years is priceless.

My dogs love this. They have allergies, sensitive skin and tummies. After switching their skin is beautiful, hair shiny and way less gas.

I hesitated buying this because it only came in large bags and I wasn’t sure my senior chihuahua would eat it. She even eats it without a topper. Seems to have no digestive issues. Seems like we will stick with it.
