This is very comfortable and holds a lot. the front and back have zipper pockets and there are two easy access pockets on the sides (without zippers) for quick access to gels or whatever

The zippers are on top of pockets but other little pockets non zippered are upside down. I personally wanted it for the zippered pockets so I will use it but not useable as originally designed.

My wife uses this to carry her insulin pump. She has tried several and this is the first one that is comfortable enough to wear all the time.

La tela es muy suave, y un poco gruesa, en mi caso se acumula el sudor en esa parte, y aunque se supone que el bolsillo de celular tiene plástico por dentro para protegerlo... aun así se hace evaporación en ese compartimento. Otro detalle es que los bolsillos con cierre sin muy justos, mi cartera apenas cabe en el de atrás y en el otro el celular.. Un galaxy s10...Fuera de ello es un buen cinturón
